My humans and I were headed to see the newest rage in Soccer the Swamp Dragons in Babcock Ranch. They needed something to eat that was good and fast. They stumbled across Pi Local. I was excited as we could sit outside. It is primarily an Italian pizza place with other goodies sprinkled in so not a ton I can eat there ( I am a dog after all) but my humans made their pizza choice right away. The employees were super nice and offered a grilled chicken meal for me. My chicken came first which we didn't even get a picture of it. It was so delicious it was gone before the camera came out! My humans loved the pizza and said it was one of the best ones they have had. Everything was perfect. The pizza was cooked exactly to order and the staff was super cool, nice and efficient. Highly reccomend this one. I can see Swamp Dragons and Pi Local will be a "thing". Well done Pi!!! Love the logo too!! read more

First time in tonight Sunday and the crew working was so unpleasant not friendly all acted like they were miserable. Food pizza was good not great but good beer was good! I would say some personality in their employees would help make it more pleasant. read more

So coming from LA and having so many different kinds of pizza I think we know a little about good pizza. This place is basically serving soup and calling it pizza.pizza was like mush and topping uncooked. We spent $82 for a family of 4 and no one ate anything because it was uncooked and everything was falling off the pizza.Beer was warm and felt like your drinking hot tea. Online and all their menus state that their lunch deal is two slices of pizza and a drink doe $8. The lady charged us $10 each and an extra $1 for pepperoni that was also not stated on any menus. Just stopped in after our Mud Run to grab a bite to eat. My husband and I shared a chicken & prosciutto panini, it was very tasty. The portion was a good size for the two of us. We also tried the zeppole for dessert. Brought back memories of our parents making them as kids. If we are out this way again we will definitely be back. read more

Location is a decent pizza spot for lunch. Have been here 2 or 3 times and have had pleasant experiences. They have a lunch special that is around $8 for 2 slices and a soda which is pretty convenient for a quick bite when you forget to bring lunch to work. Their prices are fair. Pizza is a 7/10 a little floppy but its manageable. Could use a little oven to crispy out the bottom. Never the less its a decent pizza. They do provide a fountain machine with unlimited refills while waiting and sell beer. Its a newer place so its very modern style restaurant. Open roof concept. Their food is good, the service is okay, it's ambience is fair because it's at the end of a group of stores but I will tell you that the thing I am most miffed about is that makes no sense. Since I moved to Babcock from Long Island NY, it's been pretty close to good pizza. I had a group of friends over and I ordered 3 16" pizzas, one plain, one pepperoni and one white with broccoli; I said I would pick them up so we could enjoy them at home with our friends, the bill came to almost $65.00 and I paid cash. When I got back home and looked at the receipt I was shocked to see a 3% charge for takeout!!!!!! I went back the next day to ask why; a young girl that claimed to be the manager, whom I asked for, I asked why the 3% charge, she gave me 3 different reasons....1. Trying to encourage people to eat in the store 2. To pay for the box, but if I eat there and have leftover, they give me a box for free and 3. It takes up too much room in the warmer. None of these made any sense and now I no longer go to PI Local; it's not the 3%, it's the principal of charging me for coming in and picking up my pizzas to take home and share with my friends. I hope everyone in Babcock reads this and doesn't give them the 3% but boycotts them just because of the principle of me paying to take something out! If it was because of using a credit card I can understand but I paid in cash. read more

Going to start this off with my wife and I will not be going back. We wanted to try somewhere different so we went to pi local to try out the pizza. It wasn't bad at first. We ordered. The lady at the counter was nice all was good. Then we got the food and it all changed. The pizza and garlic knots just touched the table and as soon as we touched it. We could already tell the pizza wasn't cooked all the way. It was cold to the touch. It didn't have any flavor and we got one of their "specialty" pizzas and THEN on top of that some grumpy ***** wanted to kick us out of the table we were sitting at because it was supposedly reserved and NO ONE relayed this message to us and so then we had to take our already cold pizza outside to sit in the rain. So yah. Needless to say. I will be telling all my family and friends about this and it recommending it. Great job. read more

Had the GOAT pizza last night with a side of wings. The pizza was incredible! Cooked perfectly and the ingredients were flavorful. I did not like the wings. Super chewy, very small and reminded me of frozen wings from the store. The smallest wing you see in the photo was a small clump of meat with shattered bones in the middle. We're from Chicago and since moving to Florida it's been hard to find good pizza, well I can tell you Pi local has amazing pizza and we're so happy they're in Babcock. we love going on the nights they have special games, bingo or trivia. the customer service is top notch. my 76 year old father in law is blind and every time he calls to order he wants to talk to Samantha, because He talks about how sweet and helpful she is. Won't be back. I had a medium size 4 cheese pizza with mushrooms. There were EXACTLY 3 thinly sliced pieces of mushroom on each piece. There is an inch and a halve of bubbling burnt crust around the edge with no topping. The middle is so thin it flops under. If this is how they do pizza here, forget it. We stood at the counter to order. You get your own drinks and refill yourself if you want. No one stops by to see if everything is ok. Let me tell you, if you're looking for pizza in the Ft. Myers area like we were look no further! My daughter's school Soccer team was playing a game versus a local school, and I reached out to The management and Manny was able to help me coordinate feeding 29 starving girls after an evening match. Ordered take out from here and it was a good pizza and a reasonable price. The negative was that by the time I got home from picking up and started eating the pizza was no longer hot. I get that this sometimes happens with take out, but we were only 5 mins or so away. On the positive side, the pizza was ready exactly when they said it would be and they even sent a text letting us know when it was ready. I didn't eat in, so can't really speaks to the vibe, but it seems like there was a very limited amount of seating. My guess is they've built their model on take out. Worst experience tonight at pi local. We ordered 2 pies for pick up with a 45 min pick up time. Showed up an hour later only to find out our order hadn't even began to be made. After I decided to cancel the order, Marie the manager took it upon herself to give my wife attitude and tell her to never return to the restaurant. Mind you, we've been living in Babcock over 2 years and have never been treated this poorly by any of the businesses in the community. Went here for lunch after the farmers market. The pizza was soggy and undercooked.Half of the pizza had mushrooms and onions. They were all raw. Pizza has no flavor. Gave this place 3 stars b/c I love that they offer a trivia night, location is good for us & they offer GF/keto option. Can't speak to the food quality as we ended up leaving and going elsewhere after some issues. Tried to go with the family last night for dinner & trivia. Got there before the recommended 5:45pm, all indoor tables were full and there was a long line to order. This is more of a very casual 5 guys type feel (but much smaller), not really a restaurant. There is a big garage door that rolls up along the side so people could also eat on the outside patio. This might be good a couple months of the year when weather is warm & bugs aren't out. However, last night was quite chilly so nobody wanted to be on the patio and it made the inside really drafty. We were still excited b/c that many people in line must mean the food is pretty good. Asked 1 of the workers about trivia night and where we needed to be since we had made a reservation, but he didn't know and said the trivia gal is typically there with things set-up on the tables. So, we waited in line for approx 15 min more and maybe moved up 2 spots in line. It was a very slow moving line. Finally the trivia gal arrived around 6pm and was quickly trying to do her paperwork and get things set-up. It was apparent she was disorganized and very late. Who knows - maybe she had an emergency or issue on her way. Regardless, there were no tables reserved (although when we made r reservation it made it sound like they would b & if we didn't come in time r table would be given to someone else). She had r rsvp & essentially said we'd just need to sit outside. Really? Everyone else is indoors and it's pretty chilly outside, only getting colder from there. Not worth it. Very disorganized. Soured r experience. We left and went elsewhere. Would consider trying trivia night again some time & giving this place another shot, but if we did, would do the hover/claim/camp out at a table, and wear warm clothes. read more

The pizza was larger than before. White pizza with balsamic glaze is amazing. Glaze is a bit sweet with the garlic and saltiness of the pizza. Knots really good balance of fluffy with crisp.
