They stated we were refunded but given the name calling they engaged in and unusual nature of the message we received we told them it appears they must have confused us with another customer so I'm unsure if we were actually refunded. I let them know this and I stated they need to apologize and they then blocked us. We would never act inappropriate in any way. To imply so is insulting. The experience ruined our day. This time, the portion was noticeably smaller, the bun was soggy, the sandwich had no flavor, and the au jus was only lukewarm. To make matters worse, fries are now an extra charge. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. A place that was once one of our favorites has lost the atmosphere, quality, and value that kept us coming back for so many years.
