The theme was Paw Patrol, and I quickly learned the cast of characters and what was necessary to make my little grandson's face light up with joy when he'd see all the Paw Patrol things. I was so happy that Party City had everything in stock because stores run out of all kinds of things with no idea when they'll be able to restock.
