I have been to this facility often and if the children could write reviews they all would post five star reviews. The only one challenge that this business probably faces is children's germs. When you have one party after the other you wonder how they maintain consistent cleanliness in this facility. I did notice one hand sanitizer just before you exit. Unfortunately it's the children that are in contact with germs mostly. I would be interested to understand what these children fun house businesses do for consistent cleansings of their facility.

Some inflatables are not blown up during he toddler time event , which is understandable but it makes it look so empty and takes up space where the children can run because obviously they're not allowed to be on top of the deflated bounce houses. They do have staff at every "bounce house" standing by to make sure the kids are safe which is great because usually when you have high school kids running the show it's all about talking amongst each other and checking Instagram. That is not the case here. The girls were attentive of the children and not once did I see anyone on their phones. I understand a kids place is bound to get dirty and old but I think it's about time for an update! Their toddler open play is also only on Fridays and some Fridays they even cancel it for summer camps. So that's a stinker. Definitely grab the Groupon and check it out but I'll be leaving it at that.

I was looking to create mylar retirement balloon centerpieces for a retirement party with 100+…read moreguests at a restaurant when I walked into Party House in Woodbury a week before the party. Emir, one of the managers, directed me to the retirement balloon section of the store, where I got an idea for a mylar balloon, but the colors weren't quite right with one balloon, and got another idea for a balloon, but the size was not quite right for the tables for which we needed them with the other balloon. So I brought my dilemma back to Emir, who then enlisted the help of another manager, Oz) and together, they not only ordered the right colored mylar balloons, but the mylar balloons were also the right size for the tables we needed :) :) AND they were able to have them delivered the day before the party!!! That day, Emir also helped me coordinate the colors of the latex balloons, ribbons and weighted bases to go with the tablecloths and napkins at the restaurant. Emir went the extra mile with me . . . and this was all happening on a Saturday!!! I could not have asked for more or kinder assistance that day!!! Of course, when I went to pick up the balloon centerpieces the following Friday, the Party House team outdid themselves AGAIN :) :) :) I picked up the balloons at 3pm on the day of the party. They were ready on time and Emir made sure to send along a couple of extra balloons at "no charge" in case anything happened to a couple of the balloons during my trip from Party House to the restaurant. (What smart, kind and thoughtful thinking!!!). In addition, the Party House team worked with me to separate the balloons into the bags in which I needed to carry them, because I was expecting high winds that day that would have tangled them all together. The Party House team helped me with every facet of the retirement party mylar and latex balloon centerpieces to produce beautiful centerpieces for the tables that filled the ballroom at the restaurant. The entire Party House team did their very BEST job for me!!! And THIS is why Party House is THE BEST party store on Long Island!!! I am so grateful that they took over this store in Woodbury. The quality of the products and the quality of the people make this store the BEST source for ALL of your party needs :) :) :)

We attended an "Eat and Play with Elmo" event, and unfortunately the experience fell short, especially given the $40 price. Parking is very limited, and the event felt oversold and overcrowded. The heat was not working, and with temperatures below 30 degrees outside, it was barely warmer inside. Most conversations among parents were about how cold everyone was, and many adults and children kept their coats and hats on the entire time. If the heat wasn't working, the event really should have been rescheduled. There were also safety concerns. The gate separating the play area from the rest of the space was not functioning and remained open the entire time. While I was putting away our shoes and diaper bag, my daughter slipped into the play area, which was unsettling. The Elmo costume itself looked great and was very realistic, but the character interaction was a major disappointment. The person inside the costume seemed disengaged and unhappy to be there. Elmo mostly stood in one spot and did not interact warmly with the children. There were no hugs, no pats on the back, and very little acknowledgment of the kids beyond an occasional half-hearted wave. For an event centered around meeting Elmo, the lack of enthusiasm and interaction was especially disappointing.
