This is the best place!! I got all of the balloons for my daughters sweet 16 and it was absolutely stunning! Reasonably priced, wonderful customer service, and it was the one thing about the party that was super easy. When I walked into the room and saw what they had done with the balloons I was amazed. If you want balloons for a party, this place is easily a five star vendor. We only use them for balloons. Reasonably priced, balloons last forever, orders done quickly, good personnel to help figure out what's best for the party. Just great overall. Knocked down a star since if you're actually going to buy something in the store, you're paying too much. It's super expensive crap. But I wouldn't recommend going there for that. Terrible customer service. I purchased socks yesterday afternoon (in addition to other items) for color war at my sons camp. My son didn't want the socks so I went to the store to return them today, brand new still in the packaging. I was told they were final sale because they are a wearable item. I told her that I wasn't told that when I purchased them. She said it says on the bottom of the receipt that wearable items were not returnable. I said I was given the receipt after I purchased them and again, I was not told prior to purchasing them that they were not returnable. I wouldn't have bought them since I wasn't sure if he would want them. She didn't care and wouldn't take them back or do anything. This was a good addition to the neighborhood and the selection is good. However, After spending money here several times, I'm tired of the unfriendly, unappreciative attitudes of the owners. I don't think I have ever heard the words thank you from the female owner and don't plan to give my money to her again. Beautiful balloon center pieces made for my party, huge thanks to Paul and Nadine's son Ryan for his help on my order. Ryan is incredibly cute and handsome and has incredible knowledge of balloon decor and arches, he helped me create my vision of exactly what I wanted. He created a beautiful arch for me that isexactly what I was looking for. Ryan has a fantastic personality and was a great help I highly recommended this place. I am so pleased with this company! My daughters sweet 16 was on July 14, 2013 which fell on a sunday i called them on Wednesday because a company online i was using to do her 16 candle centerpiece for her candle lighting ceremony went out of business and didnt inform me. Not only were they able to help me i even decided to get all my balloons from them and they delivered everything to my venue. Every chance i get i recomend them!!! I joined Yelp to write this review, because I was so pleasantly surprised by 110 Party Supply this weekend. I'll be quick: I was calling around to different balloon places for those pretty mylar gold letter balloons, but Nadine said she didn't have back ups of the letters I wanted, so she didn't feel comfortable moving forward. I then called another company whose balloons cost $4 more. That woman questioned everything I asked: Amy: Can you bring the balloons at 10AM? Other Company: "No, I can only bring them 1 hour prior to the beginning of your party." Amy: Can you deliver the balloons? Other Company: "Yes, but it's a $30 charge, you should probably just pick them up yourself." Amy: I'm pregnant with a small car. Other Company: "No one can help you?" It was so silly. Anyway, Nadine called me back and said she found back up balloons for me from some friends in the balloon business and she'd be happy to deliver them whenever I wanted them. How nice of her, to try and work out the problem for me and deliver a beautiful set of balloons for me. I would use them again and I would urge you to also! Definitely ask for Nadine. The staff are extremely nice in this store. I had gone in right at opening time and the gentleman had helped me with balloons and banners. A much bigger supply than the card store across the street in the Dicks strip mall. They also carry 50% off cards now as well. They are an excellent, faster and CHEAPER alternative than party city!!! read more

This party supply place is great, the staff is very friendly and provided excellent service. They even delivered the balloons we ordered to Bertucci's next door where we were having a party. What's more, over a week after the party, the balloons (which we brought home) are still floating, we've never seen latex balloons last this long. We will definetly be going back for our future party and balloon needs. read more
