The customer service at this place is terrible. The girl behind the counter just continued her conversation on her cell phone until I said something. She couldn't tell me exact prices on anything I asked her and looked as if I were annoying her every step of the way. I eventually had enough and looked for another party favors store. read more

Let me start by saying one star is far too kind. I rented chair covers, chair sashes, table runners and also bought ribbons in addition to a step and repeat for my shower from this place. The morning of when my boyfriend went to pick them up to set up the venue the chair covers and table runners were full of stains! Nonetheless it was too late to do anything about it so we made it work despite the chair covers all being different shades of white and dirty. When I later returned them and told the owner they were filthy he said they take them to be cleaned prior to renting them which is a bold face lie! Now onto the step and repeat.. You would THINK the owner would let us know before hand that the step and repeat doesnt extend from side to side of the poles. She mentioned nothing about it until it was picked up that morning and then nonchalantly suggested "oh you might wanna pick up some curtains to cover the poles". At that point it was too late! We were already running around like loose chickens trying to set up the venue. So here we were are with a unfinished selfie wall, I was mortified. I dont even have any energy left to get into the disaster with the ribbons. If you are thinking about contacting this place for your event dont walk but RUN!! read more

This place is the worse!!!!! The owner is ignorant and so is the lady that works for her. First off my order of 3, yes 3 baby shower pins was not ready when promised. I asked for them on Tuesday and the owner told me to come on Friday at 5pm. She was not there when I arrived and I had to deal with her ignorant worker who told me, "Oh well she's not her and i dont know what to tell you." When the owner finally came 15 minutes later she had to make the pins while I waited. As she was about to do them in the wrong color and I corrected her she told me not to start any trouble and that i said any color was ok. When I showed her the receipt in her handwriting with the requested colors she became quiet. I proceeded to tell her that this was no way to coduct a business she replied, "Well you win some and you lose some." The owner shoud be ashamed of herself! I left there angry and disappointed! I couldn't believe the level of rudeness that was displayed. read more
