When we started our wedding process, we had so much anxiety around how we wanted our day to look. We started with just white flowers and some greenery. We had our first appointment with Sonja and right off the bat we vibed with her. She was so patient in trying to understand how we wanted our day to look while also helping us in checking some other things off our list. We left that appointment feeling super connected and trusted her with making our day perfect. We hit that point that I think every couple does, Oh shit I don't know if thats what we actually want! We made another appointment with Sonja, she will do ANYTHING to accommodate you within reason, and we workshopped for almost 3 hours. We left that appointment JAZZED about how our day would look now that we got over the "no color" hump. Cut too our wedding day. When I tell you our day looked like a dream because of Sonja I don't say this lightly. She met us at our hotel with floral we needed for photos, she arrived at the venue early, and made sure everything was perfect. When Joe and I walked into our reception space we nearly passed out. We were moved to tears and I couldn't believe how absolutely PERFECT Sonja made our day. Our guests kept saying our wedding was elegant, classy, not overdone and the word magical kept coming up. Sonja's patience is remarkable and her attention to detail is unmatched. We have her to thank for making our wedding look and feel like a dream. Pinterest aint got NOTHING on our girl Sonja! Big shout out to her hubby who also was a big part of the day supporting setup! We loved our whole experience with her and the team at Black Dahlia, will recommend to all I know! He came in looking like a slob in a faded black T-shirt and wasn't very friendly. When we approached him with a box full of light-up toys to hand out, he said, "Leave them there [indicating the stage/platform] and I'll take care of it." He never handed them out. He never did anything to engage the crowd, such as announcing some of the #1 hits from our high school years. We we called to give feedback to Party Harty they were rude and dismissive and told us we got what we paid for. We paid $1,300 and we certainly did not get our money's worth. We would have been better off bringing in a CD player or just streaming a 70s station ourselves. I will never recommend or use them again!

There also was plenty of parking and it was easy to get in, out and around. This year the event took place on Sunday September 10, 2023. Pre ticket prices were as low as 5.00 and 7.00 at the door. (free for US Veterans) There were activities, music, Dance (see pix), exhibitors, items for sale as jewelry, health and wellness products, Reiki, psychic readings, products, give aways, services, raffles and more. They had classes 45 minutes long on the hour with 4 different things one could choose to go to or sit out in the lobby area and listen to musicians playing guitars and singing. Many exhibitors had candy or small snack items at their tables. There at the hotel was also a lunch snack area for people who might want to purchase food. Clean public bathrooms within the hotel were available for guest. Guides within the fair area were there to direct you to specific areas if needed. The time went quickly and there really was something for everyone who attended. "there was so much to learn and so much to experience. It was fun!
