When I explained that I had visited before and hadn't been informed of this requirement, the manager replied, "If you've been here before, you should know." He then showed me how they send text messages about the dress code, even though I never received a text--my confirmation came by email and it didn't say anything. A venue can have a dress code, but it should communicate the requirements clearly before guests arrive. Being turned away at the entrance and then treated dismissively when I explained the communication gap made this a frustrating and unwelcoming experience.

I stood at the bar trying to get a drink only to be ignored by this snobby bartender who clearly wanted to attend males. 15 minutes later, still no drink, she even looked at me, literally looked at me and went about her day. With so many places in Miami popping up with amazing mixologists it is a bit disappointing, however, last weekend there were 5,000 people here and I can't imagine individually mixing thousands of drinks even with three bars. Overall, they're the only option here and the drinks aren't bad.
