Would of loved to give this small business a better review but unfortunately the customer service was horrific. Rented a party bus limo the weekend of 6/24 for my nieces quinceañera. After the service my account was charged 214 dollars extra on top of the already booked payed amount of 1,251 for 4 hours of service. Mind you the business did not notify me before charging my bank account. I was told after reaching out myself that the extra fee was for a cleaning fee and over time charges. No where in the contact does it state there is a clean up fee. When trying to resolve the over charge I was rudely meet with the financial team. This company first priority is getting paid. It's not about the experience they want to bring their clients. If you are planning a wedding or quinceañera or prom and you plan to wear a dress that has gems or glitter PLEASE STAY AWAY from this business. They do not follow their own contracts. The proper thing would of been notifying the client of any damages before charging them so there is clear communication. But unfortunately this wasn't the case.

The Baja Limo Bus is taking us to San Francisco! Are we grateful we aren't driving?!! Darn Tootin! We love you, Baja!

On Our Way To Willkommen in San Francisco, Baby! SITREP Talk about a road trip to remember! Rarely do I have anywhere near this much fun when I'm driving down to the Bay Area. Oh sure. I'm in control of where I go, I am the King of the Road, blah blah blah. But let me ask you this: (1) Can I DRINK while I'm driving? Okay...let me rephrase that. Can I LEGALLY drink when I'm driving? Oh HELL NO! (2) Can I sit next to a hot gal on the trip and whisper, ever so softly in her ear, the correct Star Wars Trivia answers? Well, MAYBE. But I can be a LOT more focused about my whispering when I'm NOT doing the driving, right? Bottom Line: Baja Limo gives you the freedom, safe passage, and fun in-transit entertainment so that you can "get-from-point-A-to-point-B" enjoying the ride, and arriving at your destination in a completely refreshed condition. *** WELCOME TO WILLKOMMEN! *** Starting out from SacTown with 37 of my favorite Yelpies, our tactically brilliant leader Alex L., secured Baja Limo to transport us to the "WILLKOMMEN" Party @ Schroeders in the Financial District of San Francisco! GETTING DOWN TO BRASS TACKS - THE LIMO METRICS The limo transportation really proved to be an exceptional endeavor that we could enjoy together because it was: (a) CONVENIENT for our group; (b) SAFE for our group (since no one had to drive); and, (c) Baja Limo provided us with ENTERTAINMENT & SUSTENANCE needs along the way: * CONVENIENT: - We all met at the pre-determined location of Rite Aid in Midtown, and the limo-bus was there on-time ready to pick us up after our resupply efforts - The transit time each way from Sacramento to the Financial District in San Francisco took us roughly about 100 minutes, for a total driving time of 3 hours - 3 hours I must emphasize that we didn't ourselves have to engage in. - As expected, there was rubbernecking along I-80, but guess what - I didn't care! I wasn't driving, and I was wondrously fixated on fun games with lovely companions! And this dovetails nicely with the next point.... * SAFETY - Our driver MEL was THE MAN, because he was the ever-vigilent & thoughtful driver! With his focus on the road, we were all free to give our full attention to Corbin & Robyn's scintillating jokes! - And the trip back was just as pleasant and relaxing - allow us to decompress from an incredible night of celebration down at Schroeders. Most importantly (and I can't stress this point enough for the sake of your FAMILY, your JOB and your LIFE), we passed a few police checkpoints before leaving San Francisco, so it was wonderful to enjoy a historic social event without having to worry about the risk of driving while intoxicated OR getting a DUI.....or worse... * CATERED TO OUR NEEDS - Here CORBIN and ROBYN - Baja Limo's Extraordinary In-Transit Host & Hostess with Mostess - provided us with beverage service & entertainment that made the trips - both going down to San Francisco and coming back - very fun & refreshing! [Corbin - thank you for the Blue Moons! De-LISH!] - We also played trivia games with some pretty substantial Star Wars answer components! I know I got my trivia on! And many of us walked away with some pretty sweet prizes! - Music "DJ"-Interface. The limo allows an iPod / iTunes interface so that we can enjoy so rad tunes along the ride. Whether the company's selection - or in this case, our fellow rider Jason plugged in his extensive iPod library - we got to enjoy some great hits & musical standards both coming and going! - Extra Needs Met. On the trips to & from SF, our Baja Limo field team were extremely sensitive to our OTHER needs as well, which included scheduled potty stops and, in some instances, extraordinary efforts to take care of individuals who were "loosing their cookies" - there is probably NOTHING these dynamic people have not taken care in their vast experiences (well, except perhaps birthing a baby, though I personally think Corbin's sensitive demeanor is probably cut out pretty well to be a midwife because he is THAT sensitive guy. ;) KUDOS & APPLAUSE! Road Crew! I have to give a big shout-out to the entire team of Mel, Corbin and Robyn, who protected us, entertained us, YEA, even indulged us on this remarkable road trip which - to be honest - was just as entertaining as the destination itself. GLEN & HQ! And huge SHOUT OUT to Glen and his extremely hard working staff at the Rancho Cordova headquarters - I know from previous trips and experiences with this talented crew what an absolutely remarkable job the ENTIRE TEAM at Baja Limos - both on the road and at HQ - provides us with their outstandingng service for all of our road-tripping needs! THE LOWDOWN I've been so lucky to have been a passenger of Baja Limo before, and I definitely look forward to utilizing their services again! Baja Limo is the team you can rely on for your fun & safe trip! Thanks guys

    David the incompetent driver.

Use Baja Limo if you want your car rear ended and abandoned to find your way back home. We contracted Baja to drive 11 of us to Old Sac for a dinner and river cruise for a 42nd bday. David the driver arrives and backs the limo into our friend's truck; driver denies that he didn't despite 10 witnesses and videos. He dropped us off at 8pm on the dock with instructions that we will be back at 10 pm. Sac River Cruise run a tight schedule so we returned exactly at 10pm; stood at the same drop off for 30 mins while our calls/text were ignored by driver. Some couple had to take Uber home since their young children were home waiting. Driver didn't reply for another 40 min. He was a liar, incompetent and argumentative; his phone was "dead" & was "there waiting" for us. He wasn't; it's quite hard for 11 people not notice a 40' stretched limo. We were so disgusted with the unprofessionalness, by 11pm we all took ride share back home.

    Need a charge?

Round 2! What a blast aboard Baja Limo! We packed in and headed to the city to represent Sacto for Yelp's opening night of the 10 year celebration. This was my second trip with Baja Limo and luckily, the second to include Corbin and Robyn as our host! After the last trip on a large bus style transport it was kind of neat to see what else Baja had to offer in terms of "party bus". This trip was a smaller, more intimate gathering of roughly 30 people. The bus was a bit more upscale with plush leather seats, LED lighting, oh and GENIUS plugs including USB ports for all of your electronic charging needs. What a clever idea. Road trips, selfies, pictures, drinking - you're going to need to a charge by the time you wrap up a trip with Baja Limo! We had so much fun drinking the variety of beer, red and white wine and the BYOB (Whiskey, #angryritaballs) that some of us Yelpers decided to bring along. After a few drinks, we played a fun game of trivia, which I am realizing is not my strength! Haha. Made a little pit stop in Vallejo for a potty break and potentially the world's largest selfie (18 and counting) and then jumped back on board the bus to hop over the bridge and roll up in style. What an entrance, 30+ tipsy Yelpers making their way off a Baja Limo bus and ready to continue the party! After our adventures in the city we all piled back on the bus and headed home to Sacto. Thanks Baja Limo, Corbin and Robyn who were gracious as ever, as was our driver Mel to make our trip memorable! Big thanks to Alex for always helping us crazy yelpers have such fun adventures!

So when I think limo I automatically think black and blacked out windows etc. So I was surprised when our ride was white and more of a regular charter bus. But keeping an open mind I just rolled with it. I was told it was a party bus so I was gonna let that unfold. Our host and hostess were fabulous. Corbin and Robyn were the "party" that was put in the bus. So now I understand its the "don't judge a book by its cover" rule. We were going to San Francisco for the Yelp 10th Anniversary party and we were piling in the bus at the hottest part of the day and I was pleased to find it cool inside. I was also very pleased to find USB ports in my isle to charge my phone PERFECT! Now I have no worries at all. I'm comfortable, my phone is charging, someone else is driving in the traffic and maneuvering through town (Mel "without the Gibson"), Corbin and Robyn are offering cold alcoholic beverages and going over the plan for the evenings activities and schedule and I can relax and have fun visiting and talking with friends. OK now its sounding more like a party! We teamed up and played a little trivia game on the way down there and drank and became "merry" some of us did shots and were VERY MERRY! We did make a pit stop for a potty break (VERY appreciated) and before you know it we were in San Francisco! Which is by far the best thing about Baja Limo, you don't have to drive and with all the fun your having in the bus you don't even know where you are and before you know it your at your destination. I want to thank Mel for the fabulous driving and very SMOOTH uneventful drive to the city that night. We had front door service to the venue and dropped off literally at the front door, another fabulous benefit of Baja Limo, its like your rolling up like VIP's (which we were!) but now everyone else did too. LOL Corbin gave us our final instructions of when to be out front to catch our ride back home and then they disappeared and I don't know where they went or where they parked (another fabulous benefit) parking was not on my mind at all! After a few shots on the ride down here I had no cares in the world. I had a fabulous time at the party and low and behold I got a tap on my shoulder shortly before our departure time from Corbin with a little reminder we'd be leaving soon! Wow what kinda service is that?!? I mean there were 30+ of us on the bus and he not only remembered me but found me in a crowded party to give me a heads up, how awesome is that?! I'm sure he did this for the others as well so there is yet another fabulous benefit of Baja Limos and probably the most important THEY CARE!! They all wanted to make sure we had a great time and watched out for us as well as got us there and back safely. We got the results of our trivia game and prizes were handed out along with some much needed water and for the brave more wine or beer. So Baja Limo made it fun to and from our location and just writing this review I realize I fell in love with Baja Limo and this new found way of traveling. Thank you so much to my dear driver Mel, and my host and hostess Corbin and Robyn and to Baja Limo for letting me experience the carefree transportation to and from San Francisco this evening. You are all awesome! Cant wait to do it again.

    Back it up!

It may come as a shock to some of you, but I'm not the most exciting person. I know, I know this is quite a revelation but that's why I'm glad Robin and Corbin from Baja Limo took the bus ride down to San Francisco with us to keep the energy going! I have only been to SF once since I moved to Sacramento because I hate driving. And flying. And swimming. So I was enthralled that Robin and Corbin kept us busy with games and music to make the time fly by. We reached Vallejo in a jiffy, and I felt it only took us longer I reach SF because I had to pee like nobody's business. Except for Heidi because we talked about peeing a lot. I have never been in a limo, a party bus, a public bus, the subway, a helicopter or a speed boat so this was quite a treat for me! I really enjoyed the big comfy seats, ample leg room, sun shades, and party lights that the bus provided... It made driving to SF much more comfortable than my two door hatchback. Another great thing about Baja Limo is that they let us bring alcohol on AND they had even more alcohol waiting for us on the bus. There's no faster way to my heart than copious amounts of booze. Or chocolate. Or puppies. I'm already hoping that we get to ride with Baja Limo next year because I'm already looking forward to it! Enough thank you's cannot be said to Robin, Corbin AND our driver Mel who if not for him, none of these reviews would be here today. Just keepin it real.

    Leds!

Ding Ding Ding..... We have a winner...! The champ still holds its title as the best service for your limousine needs in the Sacramento valley area. Baja Limo hosts the most awesomeness service one can offer. The host Corbin and Robyn (as well as the driver, Hottie McHottie Mel) was rolling with all punches that all the Yelpers gave them on the 10-year Yelp-a-bration to the city of San Francisco. They came back with hard punches as Corbin and Robyn entertained us with trivia questions through the ride, endless supplies of drinks, and show us who was champ. The rounds lasted through the entire ride to the city as the Yelpers lounged in some decked seats of the bus. Laced with LEDS and black out with tint, the Yelpers felt like Kings. The journey was an intimate one with laughter, friendly conversations, and untold stories of Yelp events. The hay-maker of the night took all the yelpers out in one big swing of prizes though the ride. Baja Limo threw it down like Muhammad Ali .. They are the essence of what a limo service should be. A must in Sacramento for any Limousine service. Definitely recommended. STARS: 5

From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and most importantly, the kids had an amazing time. My nephew had so much fun and couldn't stop talking about how cool it felt to ride in a limo with the rest of the group -- it definitely made the day feel even more exciting and memorable for them. The driver was incredibly friendly and talkative, which helped the kids feel comfortable right away. He even allowed them to connect their own music, so they could enjoy their favorite songs and really have fun during the ride. Before everyone even got into the limo, the driver took the time to explain the route and the plan for the day, letting us know exactly where they would be going and reassuring us that everything was taken care of. As parents and family members, that level of communication and organization was something we really appreciated -- it made the whole experience stress-free. Seeing the kids so excited brought back memories of when I was also part of a quinceañera years ago, and I remember how special and unforgettable that limo ride felt back then too. It's one of those experiences that makes you feel grown-up, celebrated, and included, and this company really delivered that feeling for this new generation. Overall, the professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out. Because of how well everything was handled and how happy the kids were, I absolutely think this limo company deserves a great review and would highly recommend them for any quinceañera or special event.

Grady O'Bryant, you are a crook. So the story goes... I bought two tickets to his New Years event. $79.00 each. The event was cancelled, shut down by the city for not having the proper licenses. No notice... people showed up and were told it was cancelled. (Found out it was just the liquor license... party could have happened anyway, just no wine.) Grady blamed his vendor, but in an email, still said it was his responsibility. It was. Belive it or not, I am a forgiving person. Grady gave away some bottles of Champagne at the door to upset patrons and promised a refund. Hey, crap happens, and I still proposed to Amazing that night upstairs. :D We took our bottle over to the Sheraton bar and chilled for New Years. All in all a great night anyway. On January 2nd comes the email from Grady. We can take a full refund for our $79 tickets, or take tickets to his February event (which he was selling for $59.) OK Grady. How bad at math do you think I am? I respond the next day saying I'd like a full refund. I don't hear back. 2 weeks later I send another email. "When will I get my refund?" I don't hear back. A month later I call and leave a message. I don't hear back. March 13th I send an angry email telling him I'm going to sue him if he doesn't refund my money and I file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
