Would of loved to give this small business a better review but unfortunately the customer service was horrific. Rented a party bus limo the weekend of 6/24 for my nieces quinceañera. After the service my account was charged 214 dollars extra on top of the already booked payed amount of 1,251 for 4 hours of service. Mind you the business did not notify me before charging my bank account. I was told after reaching out myself that the extra fee was for a cleaning fee and over time charges. No where in the contact does it state there is a clean up fee. When trying to resolve the over charge I was rudely meet with the financial team. This company first priority is getting paid. It's not about the experience they want to bring their clients. If you are planning a wedding or quinceañera or prom and you plan to wear a dress that has gems or glitter PLEASE STAY AWAY from this business. They do not follow their own contracts. The proper thing would of been notifying the client of any damages before charging them so there is clear communication. But unfortunately this wasn't the case. read more

worst experience ever. From the very start our bus driver, Tyson, was in a bad mood and we could tell he wanted to end the night early and get rid of us. We paid for our bus until 11pm, and the bus driver dropped us off at 9:30. I was speaking to older friends of mine and they said the same thing happened to them on their prom, and they had Tyson as well. Baja Limo recently provided a Party Bus at 9 p.m. from Serrano Country Club in El Dorado Hills to Red Hawk Casino in Placerville. I had planned to continue my Serrano dinner birthday party up to Red Hawk. Terry was there on time, very professional, courteous, and fun driver. After explaining all the basic bus rules, he hooked up our music, and off we went thoroughly enjoying ourselves with the music/ lighting in the part bus. Terry was such a gentleman always offering a hand to help us out of the bus. He waited there for us at Red Hawk and at midnight he took some of my family/friends, back to Serrano, and drove others to their homes/hotel, which I had previously arranged with the company. ******TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE******* Called today to advise them that due to Covid 19 the prom was postponed. I asked if we could just postpone the date and they said no. They were a small business and they can't do that. We had to advise them 14 days (per the contract) for any changes or refunds. CLEARLY we didn't plan on this so I didn't have 14 days. I wasn't even asking for my deposit back I just wanted to reschedule for another date. I spend almost $2000 ( $1800+ tax) for this and not only will they not refund me but but also not let us reschedule. They are shady and crooked. When I got off the phone with them they turned around and charged my card for the remaining balance. They were supposed to charge my card at the time of service which would have been this Saturday. Use Baja Limo if you want your car rear ended and abandoned to find your way back home. We contracted Baja to drive 11 of us to Old Sac for a dinner and river cruise for a 42nd bday. David the driver arrives and backs the limo into our friend's truck; driver denies that he didn't despite 10 witnesses and videos. He dropped us off at 8pm on the dock with instructions that we will be back at 10 pm. Sac River Cruise run a tight schedule so we returned exactly at 10pm; stood at the same drop off for 30 mins while our calls/text were ignored by driver. Some couple had to take Uber home since their young children were home waiting. Driver didn't reply for another 40 min. He was a liar, incompetent and argumentative; his phone was "dead" & was "there waiting" for us. He wasn't; it's quite hard for 11 people not notice a 40' stretched limo. I have used Baja limos a number of times... after this weekend. I will never again. My day started out great but ended terrible and I am very upset about my experience with our driver. Upon arrival our driver seemed great, went over details with me very polite, no issues. Once my group entered the bus he proceeded to tell the rules, again everything was fine. He started to lay into us and began to give attitude about the rules but we all rolled it off. Everything was great until we arrived at our final destination. I will agree that the bus had sand and dirt on the ground (it was raining earlier) so it looked a bit messy. Our driver entered the bus said "oh fuck no this is a mess" "you guys are gonna pay for this" threatening us. Then he got on the phone with someone and said this bus is "fucked". He did this in front of my whole party and I was mortified. We were also in a very public place. Drakes Barn in West Sacramento. My boyfriend and I immediately got in the bus to clean the floors on our hands and knees and at take all of our trash out. Our driver continued to talk to someone on the phone, and spoke very rude about us. He said to this person he would be charging the card on file for the mess... (which again we cleaned) I then said you will not be charging my card additional until I speak to someone. He then got in my face, I was very frightened. At the time I thought He may lay a hand on me and I said that to him. A friend of mine had to step in and say "you don't not speak to a female like that". He continued to use vulgar language, throwing his hands up and in my face. Saying "don't fucking tell me I can't charge your card" "you guys made a fucking mess" "I gave you fucking exceptional service", as my boyfriend was still cleaning he said "you better get out or your leaving with me". Baja limos did nothing to make this situation right. No woman, should be treated the way he treated. I got no receipt which our driver told me I would get at the end of the trip because he drove off right away after our dispute. I am so incredibly embarrassed about how our driver spoke to me and with the events that happened. Round 2! What a blast aboard Baja Limo! We packed in and headed to the city to represent Sacto for Yelp's opening night of the 10 year celebration. This was my second trip with Baja Limo and luckily, the second to include Corbin and Robyn as our host! After the last trip on a large bus style transport it was kind of neat to see what else Baja had to offer in terms of "party bus". This trip was a smaller, more intimate gathering of roughly 30 people. The bus was a bit more upscale with plush leather seats, LED lighting, oh and GENIUS plugs including USB ports for all of your electronic charging needs. What a clever idea. Road trips, selfies, pictures, drinking - you're going to need to a charge by the time you wrap up a trip with Baja Limo! We had so much fun drinking the variety of beer, red and white wine and the BYOB (Whiskey, #angryritaballs) that some of us Yelpers decided to bring along. After a few drinks, we played a fun game of trivia, which I am realizing is not my strength! Haha. Made a little pit stop in Vallejo for a potty break and potentially the world's largest selfie (18 and counting) and then jumped back on board the bus to hop over the bridge and roll up in style. I was lucky enough to be one of 35 Yelp Elite passengers chosen to ride on BL's plush bus to the kick-off party celebrating Yelp's 10 year anniversary in San Francisco. The inside was clean, beautifully lit with blue LED lights along the ceiling, had comfortable padded black leather seats, and each row outfitted with an electric outlet for our tech devices (yes!). The elite treatment included unlimited beer and wine, provided by Baja Limo, and personally served by our hostesses with the mostesses. They did a trivia contest, which I managed not to win, and handed out some BL swag for prizes. Awesome pre-gaming! By the time we reached SF, our bus riders were in full party mode! 3 hours later... The bus ride home is always an interesting one. You've got half the bus still in full party mode and the other half is pooped and trying to sober up. Booze was still present and so was the drunk singing, dancing, and shouting. So when I think limo I automatically think black and blacked out windows etc. So I was surprised when our ride was white and more of a regular charter bus. But keeping an open mind I just rolled with it. I was told it was a party bus so I was gonna let that unfold. Our host and hostess were fabulous. Corbin and Robyn were the "party" that was put in the bus. So now I understand its the "don't judge a book by its cover" rule. We were going to San Francisco for the Yelp 10th Anniversary party and we were piling in the bus at the hottest part of the day and I was pleased to find it cool inside. I was also very pleased to find USB ports in my isle to charge my phone PERFECT! Now I have no worries at all. I'm comfortable, my phone is charging, someone else is driving in the traffic and maneuvering through town (Mel "without the Gibson"), Corbin and Robyn are offering cold alcoholic beverages and going over the plan for the evenings activities and schedule and I can relax and have fun visiting and talking with friends. OK now its sounding more like a party! We teamed up and played a little trivia game on the way down there and drank and became "merry" some of us did shots and were VERY MERRY! We did make a pit stop for a potty break (VERY appreciated) and before you know it we were in San Francisco! Which is by far the best thing about Baja Limo, you don't have to drive and with all the fun your having in the bus you don't even know where you are and before you know it your at your destination. I want to thank Mel for the fabulous driving and very SMOOTH uneventful drive to the city that night. We had front door service to the venue and dropped off literally at the front door, another fabulous benefit of Baja Limo, its like your rolling up like VIP's (which we were!) but now everyone else did too. I had a fabulous time at the party and low and behold I got a tap on my shoulder shortly before our departure time from Corbin with a little reminder we'd be leaving soon! I'm sure he did this for the others as well so there is yet another fabulous benefit of Baja Limos and probably the most important THEY CARE!! It may come as a shock to some of you, but I'm not the most exciting person. I know, I know this is quite a revelation but that's why I'm glad Robin and Corbin from Baja Limo took the bus ride down to San Francisco with us to keep the energy going! I have only been to SF once since I moved to Sacramento because I hate driving. And flying. And swimming. So I was enthralled that Robin and Corbin kept us busy with games and music to make the time fly by. We reached Vallejo in a jiffy, and I felt it only took us longer I reach SF because I had to pee like nobody's business. Except for Heidi because we talked about peeing a lot. I have never been in a limo, a party bus, a public bus, the subway, a helicopter or a speed boat so this was quite a treat for me! I really enjoyed the big comfy seats, ample leg room, sun shades, and party lights that the bus provided... It made driving to SF much more comfortable than my two door hatchback. Another great thing about Baja Limo is that they let us bring alcohol on AND they had even more alcohol waiting for us on the bus. There's no faster way to my heart than copious amounts of booze. We used Baja Limo this past Saturday for a bachorlette party. I emailed them in the beginning of May to book. They got right back to me. Everything was smooth and easy! The bus arrived on time! The Driver Scott introduced himself. We filled out some papers, gave him my card. He went over rules. They had a bottle of champagne & a rose for the bride. He asked who wanted to be the Dj &showed her how everything worked. Also suggested a restroom stop in Vallejo, which also had a view for pictures. Our ride to San franisco was great. This was the first opportunity I've had to ride in a luxury bus and it was serving as our ride to the Willkommen Party in San Francisco. I also must include that this is the first time that I'd participated in any of these events and I was seriously impressed. The first thing I have to note is that the seats were very comfortable and they weren't the kind that cram you in without wiggle room. This can be an issue because I'm wider than average. The seats were leather and I had no issues with odd sitting positions. There were also power ports located along the side of the walls which proved really useful! They included both USB and standard electrical outlets so anyone with either a USB cable or wall charger could keep their phone/device ready for the party. Another yelper took full advantage of it on our ride down. The air conditioning proved adequate, although it didn't seem like it at first because the vents were aimed away from the rear crowd. I was able to adjust them and it made a world of difference. The other half of the Baja Limo experience was the staff on hand. Our hosts Corbin and Robin were very professional but maintained a casual atmosphere that went well with the festive attitude of the group. That is to say, these guys were serious about dishing out the beverages and keeping the bus lively. I can't leave out our driver Mel either! As a bus driver myself, I can say that he was VERY calm and drove very well. Even better was that he knew how these crowds go when drinks are involved and made a stop on the way down and on the return so that passengers could use the restroom. Great job Mel! Overall, Baja Limo provided a great experience. Most of us were so occupied that the ride didn't seem very long at all, and that's a big credit to the driving and hosting services of the staff. I would definitely recommend them for large groups looking to travel and have a good time doing so. I'll be hopping on again if another opportunity comes around! read more

TYSON is the man ! Very nice very professional. He know the ins an outs. We need to take drinks with us an Tyson already new this an had a Red Ice chest waiting in the back of the bus/big Van! We had a pick up service for a trip to the airport on 11/24/2019. The driver asked if he could use our restroom which I thought was a little bit awkward but I obliged. Ten minutes later he emerged from our bathroom which in which he left a disgusting mess. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever been through. We had called the office on the office on the way to the airport to let them know what happened. I have called two times since the incident and have still not received a call from a manager/owner to talk about what we had gone through. David was only a good driver in the sense that I'm still alive. And I'm still in the limo so who knows if that will be true by the end of the trip. When we first got in he told us "the AC will feel like it's not working by the end of the trip only because you've been drinking." Well guess what David, we had a pregnant sober woman on our drive and she was just as hot as the rest of us. Your AC is broken and you know it. It was probably 95F in the back of his limo today with the AC on full blast. He also wouldn't let us roll down the windows (he had them locked and kept telling us no). On the way home, I asked him to roll the partition up and his response was "no." When I stared at him because that was incredibly rude, he said "it's illegal. I can't roll it up." Uhhhh please sir, tell me which law it is that restricts you from rolling up the partition because I have been in many limos before. David is a terrible driver. Maybe other drivers for Baja Limo are better, but this guy is the only one I have experience with so they get one star. Manners earn stars and this guy earned none. read more

My husband and I got married last April and went with Baja Limo as our transportation for our wedding party. For a vendor that we had to PRE-TIP, I wish they would have earned their tip and not take it ungratefully from clients. The actual vehicle itself was perfect for our group of 15; however, we had the worst driver ever. He was not accommodating at all - didn't have a smile, didn't assist us when we needed the AC, gave our professional photographer attitude about where to drop us off, and then waited 2 minutes after dropping me and my bridal party to call me on my cell phone and leave a message that we would be getting charged extra for having food in the limo. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Clean ride. On time. Complimentary champagne & water. The price was reasonable and the driver was nice and professional. Great price. I would definitely use them again. I'd give 5 stars but the driver offered the complementary champagne to my groom & groomsmen before the ceremony. Therefore, we had nothing to toast to once we all got back into the limo. Not his fault but something he should be conscious of knowing that he was going to pick up the rest of the bridal party. Also, they didnt tell us over the phone that they would need to see my ID when they picked us up, only the credit card we used. Therefore, we had to run back to the room and get it. read more

We had booked another ride from Carmichael to Pier 27 in San Francisco months ago. When the time came to be picked up they were a no show and left the eight of us in a lurch. Called and they could not FIND the driver. Needing to get to our ship, we frantically called Baja Limo and they picked us up within an hour and we were on our way. Don, our driver was awesome. Price was higher but we were so thankful they were able to provide a ride for us. Would definitely use them again! Thanks again, Baja Limo. P. S. The man who answers the phone is completely unprofessional. He was rude and just plain mean. I believe this is the "Tom" that everyone is referencing in these reviews. I would never do business with this company just on their customer service (or lack thereof) alone. I find it also very suspect of these other reviews that gave them 5 stars. Interesting that this is their only review and they almost all say the same thing verbatim. I smell conspiracy. read more

I've had a lot of bad experiences with a lot of different companies, but I've never had one so stubborn in terms of a customer complaint. They will bow to no one. Now here's the disclaimer--- I signed their documents before I got in the limo, I didn't read the terms and conditions, and I did not read any reviews. So shame on me to that extent. I visited the showroom to plan an anniversary trip with my girlfriend from San Francisco to Sacramento. The showroom was a huge appeal. Somebody (I'm thinking Tom) showed me around, and I booked. Now call me picky, but I had a specific color set in mind. I was looking for a Black or White Limo with a White interior. At the showroom, I was convinced to take the Krystal Black Limo with the Black interior, which I agreed on. I asked about features, specifically the privacy barrier, and was told I had access to it. (As you really should expect from any limo company) The Limo that Baja sent was White with a Black Interior, the furthest from what I was looking for. Granted my desire for such specifics is a little extreme, I would've been willing to let it go had the other two issues not arisen. The second issue being a smell. Frankly it smelled like sewage. I made the mistake of assuming the smell was coming from a sewer close to where we were being picked up, but it remained the whole ride. Luckily not overpowering, but definitely noticeable. The final issue, and really the absolute deal breaker for me when it came to the experience, was that the driver would not allow us to access the privacy partition. He claimed it was company policy that we did not have access to it. I've never heard of such a thing when it comes to limos. Privacy is part of what you pay for. The driver was friendly, and there were no issues with timeliness. I sent Baja a complaint letter stating that I wanted a refund for approximately half the amount (I would pay essentially for gas and a $20 an hour salary for the driver plus a healthy tip) They did not respond, so I disputed the entire charge with Visa. After 2 months, Visa finally called me to say they were closing the dispute, after Baja sent documents where I signed stating there was no damage (nullifying my smell complaint) and showing that in the terms and conditions they can send a different limo for mechanical reasons (nullifying my "different limo" complaint) The dispute resolution line took "did not allow me to access partition" and I guess substituted it for "did not work"--- which again fell under mechanical. In case Tom would like to claim that I'm a competitor, I'm offering my junk email address so we can correspond, even meet if you want and I'll provide proof I'm employed in a field not related to Limos at all, I'll show you the complaint I sent in my sent email folder, and I'll show you the charge on my bank statement if I have to. I'm even considering sitting outside the showroom with a sign asking people to reconsider their choice of limo service... that is how dissatisfied I am. novelist1985@live.com read more
