When we went to confirm our taxi for 3:00am the following day, they informed us that they told Susan that they were booked, and could not schedule a taxi for us. They even sent us the emails of correspondence with Susan. We were in a panic, as this was our taxi to the airport. The taxi company worked with us, and found us a taxi at the last minute. The worst, when we arrived in Heathrow from Scotland, my husband and son did not have booked seats. They had tickets, but not seats. The plane was full and no available flights until 2 days laters. Fortunately, there was a plane that did not arrive to connect with our flight, and my husband and son were able to get seats. Horrible!! Never again!!!

Called and spoke with Toby Littman (Sun City W Branch) who answered most of my questions for starters. She said that whenever I was ready she would help me with all the arrangements. I felt confident that Toby would do a great job so I called the next day and setup an appointment. Short time later we had selected our cruise, balcony room and drink package and told me being a veteran the cruise line would give me some ship credits. She also stepped up by telling me that my passports would need to be renewed before the cruise. She gave me all the information I need to complete online and as soon we got our new pictures the new passports would be ready within plenty of time for the cruise. These days it is hard to find people who truly enjoy their job and give great customer service. Toby does it all and thank her for making this cruise as painless as possible Thank you, John I. We do not recommend Bon Voyage Travel for your future trips as we received half-true information &…read moreour agent in our opinion, grew tired of our questions as we had never been to Europe before & needed advice. The agent did arrange our trip with a tour company in Europe but we feel as soon as we paid our fee, her interest in us ended abruptly. Without even consulting us, she booked a connecting flight not knowing we'd have to literally RUN to our next gate as it was in a completely different terminal. She admitted to us she'd never been to that airport so how would she even know? We had to pay an extra $350 to get an earlier connector. She gave us false information concerning customs upon return to America. We received an email from her on the eve of our trip recommending we get all needed vaccinations. Shouldn't that have been done months prior? Needless to say, before we even left for Europe, we found a new agent/agency to use in all our future trips. 'Bon Voyage' is French for 'have a good trip' or 'safe journey'. So we say to this travel agency, just...Voyage.
