When we went to confirm our taxi for 3:00am the following day, they informed us that they told Susan that they were booked, and could not schedule a taxi for us. They even sent us the emails of correspondence with Susan. We were in a panic, as this was our taxi to the airport. The taxi company worked with us, and found us a taxi at the last minute. The worst, when we arrived in Heathrow from Scotland, my husband and son did not have booked seats. They had tickets, but not seats. The plane was full and no available flights until 2 days laters. We had some issues with 2 tours that we booked through Ride the Wave and Jim was fast to respond and assist. One of the tours we ended up having to cancel due to scheduling issues. I reached out to Jim to let him know and he worked on getting the refund process started right away and I received a confirmation email from the tour vendor the same day. We're now just waiting for it to get credited back to our card. The peace of mind of our trip being taken care of by professionals is invaluable. I can't recommend enough going through a travel agency for big trips because you just never know what could happen. Called and spoke with Toby Littman (Sun City W Branch) who answered most of my questions for starters. She said that whenever I was ready she would help me with all the arrangements. I felt confident that Toby would do a great job so I called the next day and setup an appointment. Short time later we had selected our cruise, balcony room and drink package and told me being a veteran the cruise line would give me some ship credits. She also stepped up by telling me that my passports would need to be renewed before the cruise. She gave me all the information I need to complete online and as soon we got our new pictures the new passports would be ready within plenty of time for the cruise.
