I found Four Corners Limousine Services after a week of desperately searching all of Phoenix for a…read morelimo service to surprise my dad for his surprise 72nd birthday party. Every single company I called was way overpriced or didn't answer/return my call. When Tara Stockman, owner of Four Corners Limousine Services answered my call, I was feeling so forlorn about the limo situation in general and had resigned myself to the fact that I probably would not be getting a limo for my dad at all. Four Corners Limo was the last call I made trying to find an affordable, luxury limo experience and ....I will NEVER call another limousine service again! I spoke with Tara on the phone for about 45 minutes and it was like talking to a long lost family member. She was incredibly friendly and oh so kind! I explained to her my vision for surprising my dad for his birthday party and she MADE IT HAPPEN FLAWLESSLY! She kept in constant contact with me the entire time before the event as well as during the time she was driving my dad and his friends around. Her professionalism shined and her attention to detail was exquisite! My dad reported to me later that night how wonderful Tara was with he and his friends. He shared that every time he asked her "what about this", she would answer back with, "don't you worry about a single thing I've got it all taken care of."!! Is there anything better than that!? I will never have enough words to articulate the amount of gratitude I have for Tara Stockman and her company. Do yourself a favor-book with Four Corners Limousine Services...I promise-you will not be disappointed! Thank you Tara for your commitment to excellence in every way! You were pivotal in making my Dads birthday a memory he will never forget!!

Five stars for Celebrated Experiences & our "no-drive" UK vacation to London, Wales, and Scotland…read more The "cookie-cutter" Loch Ness tour originally set up by Andare can't compare to our Celebrated Experiences driver's substitution, touring Dornoch Cathedral & Dunrobin Castle and seeing a live falconry show. One star for Andare's other transportation! They wanted us to pay $570 for a 12-mile ride from Bangor Rail to the hotel, almost 6X a Snowdonia taxi ride. Months in advance, we requested a minimum of 20 mins. between train transfers due to mobility issues. Andare ignored this request, purchasing non-refundable tickets with only a ten-minute window. Ten minutes is not sufficient for a safe transfer with luggage! One star for Andare's attention to detail. Andare failed to buy advance tickets for 4 sites on our planned itinerary; we had to rush and buy them. Keep in mind, Andare partners with Virtuoso. We were asked to complete the survey about our trip which we did. Virtuoso posted it. Andare responded and admitted they fell short. Then, they removed the posting and changed it to one implying this was the first they had heard of our concerns. Now, we can see no posted response. Andare was notified of our requests in the pre-planning process, during the process, and when their finalized itinerary was shared with us. We brought up our concerns multiple times during phone conversations and by email. This review should not come as any surprise to Andare. Our requests occurred months before our trip departure and were not honored. The Celticos and Segontium Searchers Wales tour we set up gets 5 stars. They performed a wonderful personalized genealogical tour, being professional and responsive to our needs/desires. What a contrast to Andare!

The company I used to book the party bus "platinum ride limos" apparently just like to rip ppl off and take there money. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I was late 15 mins from being dropped back off which the driver was aware of and stated not to worry. I checked my credit card and They charged me an additional $135, which was a full hour fee for services they DID NOT provide. Once I saw this additional charge on top of all that I spent for there services not to mention leaving the driver a Big Tip Just to basically be dropped off. I called the owner who basically implied that money meant more to him then his customers or future business of others would. I personally will spread this throughout Arizona. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM TRUST ME. If I could give a negative star I would, no need and sending a pretend response on the bottom of the review actting surprised or as if your company had no knowledge of this. Better yet Attempting to make fellow yelpers believe differently. I attempted and spent majority of my morning conversing about this with your company who could careless. It was very clear to me speaking with management that you could careless about your customers. Sad to see people could careless about customer service, dignity, and the good of there so called businesses. ANOTHER EDIT-AFTER I WROTE THIS REVIEW THE OWNER "FRANK"DECIDED TO CALL AND MAKE THREAT TO REMOVE THIS REVIEW OR ELSE. NOT TO MENTION ADDITIONAL HARRASMENT TRUST ME AND BOOK ELSE WHERE.

We used them last weekend for our annual Christmas event…read more Reserved their largest party bus- a "42" person party bus. LUCKILY, we had 8 people who were sick and couldn't make the event. There was barely enough room for the 34 people we did have. We might have had enough room for two more very small sized people, but nowhere near 42 people would've fit on that bus. The driver did a good job getting us to our different stops. He was nice and polite. The only issue that is out of line and ridiculous as all heck is the mandatory 20% tip that is due BEFORE YOUR EVENT EVEN HAPPENS. (Approx $350 for our event) If the service is not stellar, it doesn't matter, because we've already paid the tip-they've really got no incentive to do a good job. Luckily we had no problem. Please note that on the contract, the tip is referred to as the "tip". On the receipt, the tip is referred to as a "service charge". The driver may or may not try and tell you that there was no "tip"applied, and request a tip in cash at the end of the night. We almost double tipped our driver because he said there was no "tip" added on the card...... That's because the wording is changed from "TIP" to reflect a "service fee" on the receipt instead. Then we were told the "service fee" was actually a "delivery fee", NOT a tip. Wait, huh?! That seems a little shady to me. Maybe this is normal practice in this line of business. Or just this company-- Bottom line- 20% TIP IS MANDATORY BEFORE YOUR EVENT, so don't get confused after a rip-roaring night on the town and tip additionally, unless of course, you want to. Now you know. Overall they did a good job. But I will admit, I had already been practicing my small claims court case inside my head for bogus tip charge and bad service. Luckily, we won't be going to court.
