My best friend and I were going to a retreat at Mago. Upon arrival at the Phoenix airport we were picked up by the shuttle and taken directly to Mago. Even though it was a 2 hour drive, it flew by because they were so interactive. We heard history of the area as well as new building projects were pointed out. This didn't feel like a paid service, it felt like traveling with family. After our retreat at Mago was over, we treated ourselves to their private tour of the Sedona area. This was absolutely amazing! We've been to Sedona before but it wasn't a great trip so this was our redemption trip and we surely got that. We were driven around to places we had no idea existed and felt like royalty. We were listened to and every need was met with a smile. I will always schedule my transport needs with them when in the Phoenix/Sedona area in the future. They are absolutely the best of the best in my opinion and I am difficult to please at times.

After reading other reviews, we contacted Norberto. He was extremely responsive and let us know exactly what to expect, including a text the night before so we were assurred we were on his schedule. We left on an early flight so we needed to leave at 4:30. At 4:20, he sent a text saying he was in the driveway. As others stated, his car was immaculate and the carseat looked like it was brand new. When we landed after our return flight, I had a text telling me he saw we landed early and was already at the airport, to text him when we had our bags and exactly where to meet him. The airport was chaos and he pointed out the long line of cars stacked up on the westbound side and took a different route to get us home. Norberto made one of the most stressful parts of traveling so easy. From now on, anytime we book a flight, we will book Onyx Ride immediately after.
