I had refrigerator water leakage and had Best Buy geek squad come out twice to fix the fridge, only to be told, the leak was coming from a water valve. With that, I found Victor, he was responsive and came out to address the next day. A day after replacing the water valve, the leak reoccurred. I gave Victor a second call and he was very kind and friendly in response. He suggested a few possible issues. He offered to return that same morning but I had schedule conflicts so we scheduled for the next morning. He discovered a deeper leakage problem coming from behind the walls from the second story. Victor was quick in diagnosis and discovered source of leak and has accommodated to my schedule for major repairs. He's honest, friendly, has great customer service and doesn't up-sell, would highly recommend.

I have AHS home warranty and was told the replacement of the turnoff water valve to the house was covered and dispatched a service rep. When that company arrived the rep said it was not coved under the warranty because it was outside the foundation and the repair cost estimate ranged from x dollars to unknown. Quality Plumbing Solutions came in at their estimate and did a great job. This is a company that I will use for all my plumbing needs. The plumber said that the repiping of the kitchen sink would be 450 - he invoiced for 479 2. After the re-piping, the pipe drainage later that night was barely better than before 3. The sink seal did not leak before he started. After his work, it was loose & leaking and he wanted $125 more to replace the seal. 4. The plumber left a mess of plastic shavings from pipes he had cut. He left wet towels on the floor that I had to clean up. Not professional behavior. The plumber came back the next day and offered to replace the seal for free which he did and said if I had anymore problems to give him a call. Later the sink began draining slowly again - he promised to come back but never showed up on 3 occasions. I had to call another plumber to resolve the problem.

Rudy was here within minutes of his estimated time, and in fact was exploring my issue shortly after I walked out the door with him. He's a young man, mid to late 30's, very professional, "no nonsense" in a way that you knew he was not trying to scam or overcharge you... I sat and had a conversation with him while he dug up my yard to locate the BREAK in my waterline.. Within an hour, he found the break and is working on repairing the pipe as we speak. His pricing is FAIR... meaning I feel justified in his price, after all we ALL know, that what we pay for these types of SERVICE has more to do with the TECHNICIAN/PLUMBERS knowledge than their physical labor. From what I have seen today, he will most definitely be someone I would feel comfortable referring to YOu and my friends.
