They washed windows, shampooed a bedroom carpet (that suffered from pet accidents) and cleaned a 7 ft Swarovski Crystal chandelier. Chandelier shone brighter than when newly installed! I had Ronda the manager assist me, she answered my questions & assured me her team could get the job done with my concerns I mentioned to her. We have used Bailey Boys Services for at least five years. We first used them for gutter cleaning as we had a huge oak tree so gutters full of leaves. We then added window cleaning services. They were quick, efficient and did quality work. This year Tony and Zach came to clean our windows. They were able to remove water spots that had been on the windows for years that their own company had not been able to remove. We have had very good service from Bailey Boys Services until their recent visit. The team arrived 2 hours late, completed the gutter cleaning in good order in spite of rain. They told us they would like to go home without washing our windows. We understood they were wet and tired. We were told we would have to reschedule. The curtains were removed and all furniture was moved away from the windows for their services. The weekend was upon us and company was present. When I called the next morning it was 2 to 3 hours before I received a call back. I was told they were scheduling 1 and 1/2 weeks out. I expected them to come back the next day to finish the windows. This is an updated review. Yelp would not let me write a new one :-) Steve and his teammate showed up on time. We went over what needed to be done. Steve also asked what did not go well last year. We asked for gutter cleaning and a pressure wash for a section of exterior wall that was stained by the overflown water. What impressed me the most was that this team checks its work after each section. The roof was icy, so the team took extra precaution. Steve also suggested that I do the gutter cleaning earlier in the season next time. Overall, I am very happy with the services that I got this year. Apparently they took note of my displeasure last year, and tried/succeeded to make it right this year. They will have my future business on all my cleaning needs. read more

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have their gutters cleaned out. I tried the request a quote feature for the first time on Yelp and that worked out for me. I revived several quotes fast and they all were about the same in price... some were way more expensive for the same service, no thanks! This company just was the one I picked and I thought I will see how it goes. Rhonda was the one who helped me out on the Yelp quote service and then on the phone and she was amazing! She walked me though everything and well... boom they had an appointment the next day. She said he would be at my house between noon and 2 and yep at 12:30 my doorbell rang. I was already impressed. He was very polite I walked him around the house and he got to work! Took him about 45 minutes he cleaned everything and he left. He told he how I would be billed, thanked me and that was it. I was like wow... that was super easy! And, my gutters look so good... I needed to have them done so bad. The quote Rhonda gave me was spot on and the next day she sent me an invoice and that was it.
