I was very pleased with the window cleaning service performed by Bailey Boys. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned a year's worth of grunge from the windows. We can see now. Two technicians arrived and got down to business. On inside and one outside. They both were courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend. read more

This company cleaned our front showroom windows inside and out and did a fabulous job! We'll ask them back again soon!

I'm writing this review on behalf of my grandmother who doesn't have a Yelp account. I was there for the service and agree with what she wrote. ********* SUPER SERVICE AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. They washed windows, shampooed a bedroom carpet (that suffered from pet accidents) and cleaned a 7 ft Swarovski Crystal chandelier. Chandelier shone brighter than when newly installed! It is now the focal point it was meant to be. All work was done with care and with excellent results. Our plan is to hire them annually and more often if needed. read more

I came across Bailey Boys Services through yelp saw all the great reviews so I decided to reach out. I had Ronda the manager assist me, she answered my questions & assured me her team could get the job done with my concerns I mentioned to her. I scheduled an appt with her and within 2 days I had one of the crew members come out to my home. I had Adam come out to clean my gutters showed up a bit earlier which I appreciated, was very friendly & knowledgeable. I let him know the concerns I previously had mentioned to Ronda with my gutters & he assured me he could get the job done with no problem. He got to work took his time to clean them throughly but quickly as well. He was wonderful! Thank you Bailey Boys Services for your exceptional service!! They cleaned my gutters which hadn't been done in many years. I had some concerns that they were quick to address. They answered all of my questions before they started working (I had issues in the past with a gutter cleaning company causing damage so had some concerns). They did a wonderful job and left the gutters, roof and ground below the gutters very clean. I thought the price was fair. read more

So the first set of guys cleared the gutters but a few weeks later we noticed the gutters were making noise. We called the company and they sent two other guys out and they spent twice the time the first group did. We are very pleased with the service and the fact the guys went above & beyond!! Thank you!! read more

We have used Bailey Boys Services for at least five years. We first used them for gutter cleaning as we had a huge oak tree so gutters full of leaves. We then added window cleaning services. They were quick, efficient and did quality work. This year Tony and Zach came to clean our windows. They were able to remove water spots that had been on the windows for years that their own company had not been able to remove. They were very respectful of our property, removing their shoes for the indoor work. Thank you Bailey Boys! We'll see you next year. read more

They were great. Finished in 1 hour. My only complaint was that they left both of my gates open. If I had a dog, they would have been long gone, as i didn't notice till I went to the store later that afternoon. read more

Great job and left nothing behind. Good value. Will be calling for gutters soon and windows skylights and chandeliers in the early spring. Thank you Bailey Boys. read more

Good stuff. Of the 4 competitors I called, Rhonda was the best. I even challenged her once or twice under pressure and she performed well. I also got 2 competitor's written bids on email which included quote + insurance + recommendations, but the Bailey Boys won out cuz of Rhonda. read more

This was our second year having Bailey Boys clean our house gutters. We waited till winter to call so it was a few days before they could come out, but these guys are well-worth the wait. Brandon and Billy showed up right on time and got to work. They asked about entering the yard and made sure I didn't have any specific concerns before they got going. They did a GREAT job on the gutters and even swept up everything that came off the roof. The price was fair and the service was great! read more

Bryce and Daniel were amazing! Very professional and did a great job on our windows. We will definitely use them again!

I used their window, fan and blind(plantation shutters) cleaning services. PERFECT! Did a great job on our grubby windows and super dusty and grimy plantation shutters as well as the thick with dust ceiling fans. Bailey Boys also showed up at the time they said they would. BONUS! I'll look forward to using their other services. Thank you Bailey Boys Services! read more

We have had very good service from Bailey Boys Services until their recent visit. The team arrived 2 hours late, completed the gutter cleaning in good order in spite of rain. They told us they would like to go home without washing our windows. We understood they were wet and tired. We were told we would have to reschedule. The curtains were removed and all furniture was moved away from the windows for their services. The weekend was upon us and company was present. When I called the next morning it was 2 to 3 hours before I received a call back. I was told they were scheduling 1 and 1/2 weeks out. I expected them to come back the next day to finish the windows. Too little too late!! read more

My windows have never sparkled before like they do now. Bailey Boys did an amazing job. Inside and out, cleaning the windows, screens cleaned as well as the tracks. They actually showed up earlier than expected which I greatly appreciated. Both men got to work immediately and didn't stop until my windows of my 2 story house were sparkling. I will definitely use Bailey Boys again as well as recommend them to my family and friends. read more

This is an updated review. Yelp would not let me write a new one :-) Steve and his teammate showed up on time. We went over what needed to be done. Steve also asked what did not go well last year. We asked for gutter cleaning and a pressure wash for a section of exterior wall that was stained by the overflown water. What impressed me the most was that this team checks its work after each section. The roof was icy, so the team took extra precaution. Steve also suggested that I do the gutter cleaning earlier in the season next time. Overall, I am very happy with the services that I got this year. Apparently they took note of my displeasure last year, and tried/succeeded to make it right this year. They will have my future business on all my cleaning needs. read more
