This organization is the most disgustingly run organization. I would recommend renting a pedal bike…read morebefore I would consider even funding this business. I don't think a singular person here is qualified to conduct any sort of business transaction. Save your money, if you're looking for luxury this is the last place you will find it. This business has no regard for their employees, customers, and have no intention of providing safe transportation. This business should be shut down. The limo broke down, thankfully while we were parked and no one was injured. No human decency and not one ounce of remorse. Extremely disappointed.

The booking process was simpler than their competitors - it was clear which cars were available and what the overall cost would be without any hidden fees or surprises. To be extra sure, I emailed to confirm after booking and got an immediate personalized response. The driver (Usman) arrived early, was professional, drove well, and assisted with the luggage. On the return trip, everything was just as described in the confirmation: met at the agreed upon location, driver loaded the bags, and acted professional throughout the experience. This company truly made our long haul trip experience easier and hassle free. I will use them again.

A very kind company!…read more My son was turning 4 this past weekend and didn't want a party, just a ride in a "super stretch long car". My hunt for a limo service felt defeated as hardly any local companies still offered traditional limos and def wouldn't budge on 4-5hr+ minimums. I reached out to several and pleaded my case for a shorter rental and was rejected by everyone besides A1. Although they do have a minimum hour rental they made an exception to make our son's birthday wish come true. We got a great rate, perfect friendly service and one happy kid who felt SO cool on his limo ride. I'm so thankful for them for helping me make this happen and would recommend them for any special event needs. communication prior to service was top tier which I found was severely lacking with the other companies I was in contact with. It didn't answer many of my questions, such as is there a cancellation policy. I emailed them and they responded very quickly to all my questions. BTW, their cancellation policy is $20 charge for each reservation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours there is no refund. We booked for a 8:30 a.m. pickup for our departure date. The driver was outside our house at 7:45 a.m. and texted me at 8 a.m. We rushed to finish packing and were on our way at 8:10 a.m. I guess looking at us, he decided that we'd appreciate oldies music. We chuckled to ourselves but didn't ask him to turn it off. When some of the songs went on repeat we laughed internally again. We got to the airport at 9:30 a.m. A bit early, in fact two hours before the check-in counter opened. For our return ride, we got sent a message when the plane touched down. We didn't know how long it would all take before we had our luggage and could leave, but the driver was nearby and would be ready when we were. He sent a picture of the vehicle. Both vehicles were Toyota minivans, very roomy and comfortable. We will be comfortable using Sunrise Shuttle if we need to get to SFO again.
