We rented the limo from 6:00 pm-12:00 am. He showed up around 5:30 pm and waited patiently while the kids finished taking photos. He had cider, sodas and water for the kids along with glasses and cups for them. They could play their own music. Once they arrived at The Asian Art Museum in SF and he dropped them off, he texted me and sent a photo of them heading up the stairs and let me know they had arrived safely. He asked me to share his work phone number with the kids so that they could call him once the dance ended and they could find him just in case. He reassured me that they did not have to rush as well. He had them back home by 11:40 pm safe and sound. The kids said he was great. I have Life360 on my son's phone and I was checking just to see where they were going to and from Prom and he was driving safe and the kids said he drove safe. It didn't answer many of my questions, such as is there a cancellation policy. I emailed them and they responded very quickly to all my questions. BTW, their cancellation policy is $20 charge for each reservation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours there is no refund. We booked for a 8:30 a.m. pickup for our departure date. The driver was outside our house at 7:45 a.m. and texted me at 8 a.m. We rushed to finish packing and were on our way at 8:10 a.m. I guess looking at us, he decided that we'd appreciate oldies music. We chuckled to ourselves but didn't ask him to turn it off. When some of the songs went on repeat we laughed internally again. We got to the airport at 9:30 a.m. A bit early, in fact two hours before the check-in counter opened. For our return ride, we got sent a message when the plane touched down. We didn't know how long it would all take before we had our luggage and could leave, but the driver was nearby and would be ready when we were. He sent a picture of the vehicle. Both vehicles were Toyota minivans, very roomy and comfortable. We will be comfortable using Sunrise Shuttle if we need to get to SFO again.
