    Nick is a great guy and his rates are the best! He knows Napa and Sonoma like the back of his hand and really took good care of us.

    Ok! I read a bunch of reviews here, just out of curiosity, and I am not surprised and would be if…read morethere was not any bad reviews. "Bad" isn't even close to the service I received. It was October 6th 2024. I had a major surgery on the 2nd at Saint Helena hospital. My ride had fallen through and I needed to get home, so the nurses told me that my insurance would pick up the bill if I wanted to take a cab. Since it was a weekend they do not provide, but there's another company. Red cab in Napa that does weekends and they would be there to pick me up at 5:30 pm. That he did. Im a happy go lucky person and was ready to have a nice drive home maybe cracking some jokes, whatever. Instead, the little heavy set man in a driving hat, listening to show tunes didn't waste any time telling me u couldn't eat in his car as he knows the hospital gives free food to "you people" and that fine but don't eat in my f-ing car. What!?!? I was shocked he would speak to me like that. I told him I didn't have any food. Then he said if you have to throw up or pee or take a shit, let me know and I'll pull over. Don't do it in my car. So I dismissed his attitude and humored him by listening to his "road" stories, pot hole stuff, go-to drivers convo. Anyway a few of his stories he got heated at the end and raised his voice at the incompetence of the road officials. I'm thinking to myself I don't want to make this guy mad. In the meantime he drove right past our turn. When I said, hey, you just passed where we need to go. I am not exaggerating, he slammed on the breaks as he pulled over and said no I fucking did not that's not the way to where we need to go. I'm like, yes it is, as I double check the sign. He kept yelling no it's not. I said I live where I live and this is the way home. He said, so you're going to take me over the mountain? I said I live in the mountains so yes. Then he proceeded to tell me the road was closed and we're lucky it's Saturday and they won't be working. I said oh they aren't working in the road, they're done w that. He kept wanting to be right I guess. Raising his voice and cussing at me. I had to bite my tongue. When we got to a part of the road where they had been working I said that's probably what made you think they were working on the road. He again said to me that you'd think "you people" would appreciate a free ride and give directions a little nicer. And motioned the steering wheel towards the side of the road again hitting the brakes. Mind you both times he did this it really hurt my chest as I just had a lobectomy 4 days earlier. The seat belt was locked so it was very painful. I mentioned the first time that I just had part of my lung removed. His response was, that it wasn't his problem and I should learn to be nicer since I was getting a free ride. I said, someone's paying for it. And that's when he threatened to pull the car over and let me out right there. I almost wished he had. It was the most horrible experience and the best way to describe his demeanor is if you've ever been with an abusive spouse? That's what it felt like. I don't scare easy and I have a hard time just letting someone talk to me like that. But I bit my tongue and was afraid to tell him where the next turn was. So when I did I said it overly nice with sugar and a cherry on top. He very sarcastically said, well thank you. He pulled up to my house. I grabbed my things, should have had assistance due to my surgery but I just wanted out of his show-tune mobile. I didn't say a word and I didn't look back. I was so blown away at this man, I really couldn't believe it.

I was charged double the amount for a daily ride I take, I contacted support and was told the charges are correct and I would receive no further assistance. Lyft customer service is horrible, you never get a live agent, nothing ever gets resolved. I rode one way for $28.91 and my return trip was $45 for the same trip, another example I pay 7.98 to go to the store everyday, but for some reason I was charged $18.96...Lyft makes up fees as they go. I suggest you start looking at your total charges because Lyft is just doing anything now​, overcharging its customers

Get home they put my rollator on the sidewalk for me. Mind you this ride I did not have any drink or food with me. I got in wearing a long black winter coat. Had only my purse and a rollator walker with me. Driver was polite. She put my rollator in the trunk of her car. I sat on the seat of the car facing the sidewalk. I swung my legs in. We go home. She puts my rollator on the sidewalk at my house. I thank her. She says Have a great day. I said You too. Thought nothing of my ride afterwards. I get a email some hours later. They said I'm being charged a damage fee. I contact Lyft to ask for what damage. They claim the driver said I spilled something on the seat of her car. I said No. I had no food or drink with me. There is no way I spilled something in her car. They text me a picture of the mess. I said I don't feel the charge is fair. They say they stand by the picture as proof I did the damage. I went around in circles for hours with different customer service people. Who did not want to understand. I did not have any food or drink with me to cause that mess. In the same I contact PayPal my method of payment on Lyft. They said they'd look into this. I'm up to the point I demand a supervisor from Lyft. One gets on and is talking to me. They put me on hold a few minutes. In the same time PayPal messages me saying I will get a full refund of the charge and for the ride too. It will bump back to my credit union account by the 27th. I see the tracking for it saying Refund pending till my credit union processes it. The Lyft supervisor gets back on. They said Since I have had no trouble in the past with them. They will let me have my refund. I said I already got it from PayPal. I don't know how they can side with a driver who clearly seen I did not have any food or drink with me on the ride. I think another rider caused the mess. The driver never noticed it right away. They now do when I was riding. So they assume it's me who made the mess. I fought this to the bitter end. I'm glad I stood up for what I felt was right. I blocked that driver on the app. I'll never be pared up with them again.
