Napa Sonoma Wine Tasting Driver absolutely exceeded my expectations, and I wished I had hired them for my wedding! The booking process was seamless and transparent. I appreciate how much they communicated with me to confirm the itinerary and sent reminders leading up to the day. We booked an SUV for the day, and the car was in pristine condition and perfect for our group of 6. Our driver, Tony, was very professional and went above and beyond to make our day comfortable and easy. He was punctual, responsive, and safe as he took us to our many destinations for the day. All of this amazing service came at a very reasonable and competitive price. I 1000% recommend hiring Napa Sonoma Wine Tasting Driver for any of your limo/driving needs! We'll definitely be using them again.

Everything ran on time even with multiple stops throughout the day, which was our biggest worry with that many people to coordinate. We shopped around quite a bit for shuttle services and they had the best rates for our group size. But what really impressed us was how flexible they were when we needed to make some last-minute changes to timing and pickup spots. They could have been difficult about billing adjustments but really went out of their way to make sure we were happy. It's clear they actually care about taking care of their customers, not just getting through the job. Made one less thing for us to stress about on an already busy day. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone needing reliable transportation in the area

This family owned company is genuine, charming, and most of importantly personable. My group of girls had the honor of having Edward as our tour guide. Edward was amazing. He picked us up at our hotel in their luxurious Mercedes van. He was nothing but kind and accommodating. He made our Napa trip memorable. He picked a great lunch spot, booked all the reservations for our wineries, and made sure we all had a great time! It was easy and relaxing. All you pretty much had to do was just drink your wine and enjoy the breathtaking views. [Friendly tip: He's an amazing photographer. He will get the best angles of you, so just hand him your camera and let him do his magic!] If there's certain wineries you want to go to.. you just let them know in advance so they can make your reservation for you. We stopped at Buhman, Cuvaison, and Sebastiani. I would highly recommend using A Limo Excursion & Wine Tours. They made everything easy and smooth. I will definitely be using them when I return to Napa.

Mia is easy to work with, has amazing drivers who make the day run like clockwork (shout out to Eddie!) and will curate a winery agenda that fits your tastes, budget and wants - important given how many options there are to choose from!! Mia handles everything from an itinerary suggestion to booking the tastings and lunch - she is also flexible and works hard to accommodate changes as necessary where she can. When our ship was delayed getting into port, our carefully planned day suddenly had to change. Nick immediately pivoted, adjusted our schedule and helped rearrange the day so we could still have an amazing Napa experience. He truly went above and beyond. Instead of making us feel stressed about the lost time, Nick handled everything and made sure we could simply relax and enjoy ourselves. He was professional, incredibly personable, knowledgeable about Napa Valley and genuinely cared about making our day special. The vehicle was beautiful, comfortable and immaculate, and the level of service was exactly what you would expect from a luxury private tour -- actually, even better. We travel frequently and have used many private drivers and tour companies, and Nick is one of the best we've ever had. What really sets him apart is his willingness to adapt when things don't go according to plan. Anyone can provide a great tour when everything runs perfectly; Nick proved how valuable he is when it didn't. If you're looking for a private driver or luxury wine-country tour in Napa or Sonoma, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nick and Perata Luxury Tours. We will absolutely use him again. However, they have a rule that you're not allowed to contact the driver directly at all. I've never been told not to contact a driver in all the services I've ever used for airport or other pick ups so this seems very odd. They gave me the driver's phone number, but sent me many admonitions never to contact him before during or after the service. I always like to make sure with drivers myself that they understand what time to pick up, that they need to wear a mask, etc., etc. So not being able to do this left me very frustrated and not sure I'd do the service again. UPDATE MGL responded that they only asked me to not contact the driver before the trip. That's not true they sent me several texts that literally say "do not contact the driver before or after the trip" and they went onto continue messaging not to bother the driver as he may be with other clients.

Bait & Switch Practice:…read more I was quoted for a stretch limousine to take my family to Napa Valley on Oct 17th, 2021 and instead was sent a "Ford transit non luxury shuttle" without prior notice. The driver claimed he had only been dispatched that same morning before our 8am pickup and said I would have to resolve the dispute with management after our trip, so I documented the hourly rate dispute directly on the invoice the driver asked me to sign. After our trip, I called and left message to speak with management, stating a need to adjust the hourly rate quoted for a stretch limousine due to the unplanned vehicle change to a non luxury van. Two weeks later, without returning my call, they billed my credit card for additional time used at the disputed hourly stretch limousine rate. I called to discuss the disputed additional fee and asked Tanya to speak with a manager and instead got an email response from their manager Bobby falsely claiming that they sent email confirmation of a vehicle change in advance and also falsely claiming this was the first time they were hearing that the vehicle was wrong. Bobby quoted their policy to send confirmations in-advance, but refused to produce evidence they had done so, and threatened to report me to the "PUC" if I dispute their charges. I could not be more disappointed and they clearly demonstrate no interest in resolving service or billing errors.
