Since my last post, the company's owner, Fernando, reached out to me after receiving my updated…read moreYelp review. Although I had to continue reaching out to him and pushing to have him address the issues, he has finally remedied a portion of the concrete problem. In an attempt to remedy the problem himself, he sprayed a sealant onto the raised bond beam portion of the back yard; unfortunately, it made the issue worse. After attempts to remove the sealant, it was determined that it could not be removed. Fernando finally hired an external company to grind down the concrete and apply a new concrete layer to a knock-down finish (See photos). Unfortunately, he will not refinish the rest of the concrete that his company poured throughout my backyard, but at least he addressed the portion that he attempted to fix. That said, I commend Fernando for attempting to remedy the problem, and I do not harbor any ill will towards him or his company. That said, moving forward, I will make sure to get a signed contract with a manufacturer's defect clause for any future construction jobs I plan in the future.

They replastered our pool (pebble finish), installed new concrete decking, replaced all the equipment (heater, pump, filter, autofill, and lights), and handled all the rain and water drainage around the backyard. Our backyard is on a hill, so flooding used to be a frequent problem--but with the new drainage, we've had zero issues even when storms came through. From start to finish, their communication was clear and consistent, and the quality of their work was outstanding. The team was flexible with on-site changes and provided quick, accurate updates and estimates whenever adjustments were needed. Everything was completed on time and with great attention to detail. Fernando and Juan continuously visited the site to ensure everything was progressing smoothly throughout the entire process. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and high-quality pool work.

I never got a response back if you had anyone in mind and that's when I had to text you for the instructions, which you finally provided. I also know there was another customer of yours that went through the same thing. You were always hard to get a hold of and had to ask you numerous times on which day and time you or your crew would show up. Also, you remodeled my pool in February, finished the job February 7th, water was filled by February 8th. I notified you about the problem on February 28th. So, I have no idea where you get eight months from. It was DAYS that I notified you of the problem, not eight months. Just goes to show you how unorganized and unaware you are . Plus, it's July and I'm doing this yelp review , that's five months . I have the text messages to prove it . Also, you never addressed the other problems your company created. The damages to my cement that hasn't come out. So, no you do not provide your customers with professionalism, quality work or honest service . Stop trying to put a show on for yelp. From the start, Betsy was fast to respond, professional and a HUGE help in narrowing down the right PebbleTec shade we had in mind for that perfect resort-style look. She had a lot of great insight and her recommendation to add shell for extra sparkle was spot-on. You can truly see the shimmer in the sun under the water--exactly the effect we were hoping for! If I had to mention one small hiccup, it's that a small crack appeared on one of our spa tiles in our overflow section during the process--something we confirmed wasn't there prior thanks to a video I had taken shortly before pebble (for a different grout related issue that I had wanted to show my husband). Betsy acknowledged this isn't typical and never happens when they work, but to her credit, she assured us they'd keep us on their list to come back and replace it (as we have extra tile) when they're next in the Murrieta area.
