I bought two with hopes to use them, and BOTH of the two that I bought were defective! When I called to let them know, the male (unknown name) was very rude, and He really didn't care to hear what I had to say. They gave a no return, no exchange policy that's really bummy, because The price of the things I needed sure was unbelievably low quality, or outdated/unusable. DO NOT COME HERE FOR QUICK FIX!!!!

    If you're going here for the 10% off one item check-in, don't go. I was told that it could not be…read morehonored, even though it was on their Yelp page. The employees told me that even if they wanted to, there was no way to select it from their dropdown menu of premade discounts. To back this up, an employee turned the computer around and showed me the list of premade discounts with the first one reading: "10% off with valid reason." ???? When I pointed it out and told her that the deal on their validated Yelp page seemed like a pretty valid reason, I was told that it was not. Another employee then tried to mansplain business and bottom lines to me. ??? Yes, I do understand that a business must make its bottom line, and that means making sure marketing initiatives are in line with that bottom line. It also kind of seemed like the employees didn't understand what the Yelp discount was. I was met with a slew of questions like "but that's on your Yelp account," unable to understand that the offer is displayed on everybody's Yelp. I was told that 1. The owner gets really mad if they allow 10% discounts 2. The owner controls the Yelp page. ???? In my mind, that meant that the owner would know about the Yelp discount, right? But I guess it wasn't communicated to the employees? I'm not sure, but it sounds like not a lot of top-down communication is happening, leaving the customers SOL. I even emailed the owner using the store's business email, and I received no response. It just kind of hurt my head dealing with these folks. And honestly, I only purchased the item because the saleswoman (Lauren) was so nice; it wasn't even the color I wanted which made all of this even more painful. The last thing I want to say is that while the employee tried to explain business principles to wittle ol me, I should have probably explained marketing to him, and detailed that a bad customer experience and a bad review is going to lose a lot more money than the 10% offer I was trying to redeem.
