He was also very rude! Most of their selection of vapes are broken, missing boxes, batteries, coils, or cables, and they will try to sell you the overpriced broken devices so you can get locked into their "24hr exchange policy" with no refunds even if the device is broken upon purchase. And honestly, I only purchased the item because the saleswoman (Lauren) was so nice; it wasn't even the color I wanted which made all of this even more painful.
