My bf asked about the smoothies and she said the same thing "idk I haven't tried any of them." All right, off to a good start. Then I was rung up for the wrong bowl, so she had to have me come back to the cash register and pay for the right one. I got the passion bowl and my bf got the pina colada. Feels like piña it should be Pretty easy to make. Tell me why it tasted sparkly? Bowl was no good too--the fruit on top didn't look fresh at all. Tbh looked like it came from a can or maybe a fruit cup.

The Caribbean jerk chicken wrap was so flavorful, juicy and packed full. I wasn't a big fan of the maple sweet potatoes because I didn't taste any flavor, I added my own honey and then it became a hit. The jalapeño corn had a great char on it which I definitely liked. The area is super busy for mid morning. I will definitely be back.

I would like an option with the açai bowls for adding protein. I know that the bases are scooped from the premade bins that they come in, but maybe there could be a way to incorporate a protein mixture with almond butter or something to that effect to add more protein as a topping, considering there is none in these bases The employee working was very friendly and nice. She was helpful and fun to talk to. Casual and tropical ambience always a cool place to stop and hang and eat a relatively healthy dessert lol

Everything tasted super fresh, and the flavors worked really well together. The Blue Majic base was smooth and refreshing definitely something I'd get again. The staff was friendly, and the manager stood out in particular super helpful and clearly knew the menu well. She took the time to walk us through some of the base and topping options, which made the process easy, especially for a first-timer. The restaurant itself was bright and very clean, which I appreciated. The only downside was there was a bit of a weird smell nothing overpowering, but noticeable enough to mention. It didn't ruin the experience, just something that took away from the otherwise fresh vibe. All in all, it's a solid spot for a healthy treat. Not quite a 5-star visit this time, but I'd definitely come back to try more combinations.

Very disappointing experience at the Rockwall playa bowl location…read more I have visited at least 10 different Playa bowl locations and have always received consistent portions and quality. At this location, the fruit cup was significantly smaller than what I've received elsewhere--essentially a small cup of strawberries with very little Nutella for nearly $6. When we politely showed the manager, Kaylyn, photos of fruit cups from other locations, she dismissed our concerns and simply said, "We do it different here." When we questioned why this location was so different from every other Playa bowl we've visited, she rudely told us she would give us a larger cup to pour the strawberries into ourselves, but she would not remake it. Rather than handling the situation professionally, she laughed and exchanged looks with her coworkers while we were expressing our concerns, all in front of a new employee who appeared to be in training. She also rolled her eyes during the interaction. As someone in a management position, I found that behavior completely unprofessional. The owner came over and explained that this location does things differently, but no solution was offered. We also noticed the coffee tasted different from other Pliable locations and observed different ingredients being used than what we were told. The biggest disappointment was not the product itself, but the poor customer service and lack of professionalism when handling a reasonable customer concern. This is the first Playa bowl location I've visited that I would not return to. I've attached photos to show the different fruit cups I had ordered at a Tennessee location vs the rockwall location. Kaylin was dismissive, unprofessional, and just plain rude. This young lady could clearly use some more management/ customer service training
