It was a lady with short hair, approx in her 50s, that cut my daughters hair. At one point when combing her hair, the lady yanked out one of her hoop earrings - she passed it to me (I was sitting dow) and continued. My daughter later told me that she did not apologize. She used thinning shears for the most part to cut her hair, which I thought was odd but that she knows what she's doing. In the end, my daughter threw on her hood, and I didn't get a good look at it until we got home. Again, we asked for a trim. My daughter was given layers, and not even well done - they were extremely choppy and did not blend at all. Her hair was also not even on the bottom - one side was slightly shorter than the other. And my daughter pointed out that she wasn't offered a lollipop, which she had always had in the past. Needless to say, we will never go to a First Choice again.
