But they also have a wide variety of unique and tasty bagels paired with great customer service and quality ingredients. The staff are always incredibly friendly and welcome any opportunity to assist their customers, and the space itself is just as warm and welcoming. Good food and service. Came in a bit later on a Saturday morning. The line was nonexistent. Had a bagel Eggwich. Pepper jack cheese melted to perfection. Fluffy egg from the microwave. Warm sausage and Bacon. All on a Colby Jalapeño bagel. (A bit spicy). Every time I come here I have to get the Honey Butter spread. It's good on any type of bread. This place has the best tuna bagel sandwiches. I love the chill, local, hometown vibes, I always take the kids and they love the giant gum ball machine. Tomato mozzarella bagel with chive spread is the one. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5 is bc in the last year or so service and overall experience has gone down with staff, although I see they are kind and they try, they constantly make mistakes on my orders, which was never the case with other staff in the past years. read more

Pretty good place. Similarly designed as the one in Brentwood, though this location doesn't have any honey bran muffins . Overall is a great place for those Jalapeño Colby bagels. I usually order the Nova Lox on a Jalapeño Colby bagel. If you're into breakfast sandwiches like the sausage, egg, and cheese eggwiches they are available all day here too. If you dine in, they will usually bring it to you along with any beverages you've ordered too. Great place for bagels the way you like it. read more

So i Have been coming to BSC for a long time and I have never been disappointed. My issue is with the rude manager there a short hispanic women who feel she can get rude with you for asking a question. I asked her why my bagel was a specialty bagel and she says because it has cheese. Ok and then she adds that why its $0. 50 cents more, i could care less i didnt even know there was an extra charge for that i just mentioned i didnt see a sign that said that. Thats when she starts getting all rude saying its there its here... i told her thats fine i believe her not a big deal i just didnt see it. But no she couldnt drop it just keeps on going on about it talking to me rudely in spanish, mind you i was speaking to her in english the whole time so why is she talking to me in spanish. As im walking out she screams at me the sign is here on the glass, i go to look it was like a little p-touch sticker about half in inch long and about 2 inches wide if even that. I ask for the mangager at this point and she claims to be the manager of course. Thats probably why she feels she can be so rude. So i ask for the owner and she tells me she is at home sleeping. The food and the other staff deserve 5 stars this lady deserves negative stars and thats why im giving this place 2 stars. I like their bagels. But I have to say that im super disappointed in them today. I went in to purchase a dozen bagels and they charged me $1 for the box to put them in instead of a bag. It's a pandemic and having people reach inside of a small bag isn't sanitary. I just think that's ridiculous. Then she's laughing with the other worker on how she charged me the $1 for the box. Right in front of me as if I couldn't hear. Then she goes to the counter with the person ringing me up to make sure I paid the $1 for the box. When I expressed that it's ridiculous to charge someone a dollar for a box when I had just purchased a dozen bagels. The lady at the register tells me "well we have to pay for the box". My initial instinct was to just walk out and not purchase anything but this was for my employees so I decided to just purchase and leave. I'll never go here again. Good ole reliable bagels. I'm a simple man with simple pleasures. I have a usual that I get here: Spinach Asiago bagel w/ sun dried tomato cream cheese. That's it. It's so good! I appreciate all the workers here and they're all so nice :) --even though some seem over it lol. (I work in food service too). HOWEVER, every so often I'll get something besides my usual. If there aren't any spinach Asiago bagels, I opt for cinnamon raisin or cinnamon crunch bagels with honey butter. idk if I'm soft spoken or if the workers don't hear me at all, but they never seem to put goddamn honey butter. One time I got a cinnamon crunch roll and they put cream cheese. Today, I got a cinnamon raisin bagel and they put regular butter. Both times I asked for honey butter, but I'm not that customer who complains about an order already made. I hate wasting food. But like, can yall actually put the damn honey butter next time? I know y'all are better than this. I come here very often. It would be 5 stars if it really is good ole reliable forreal, with no mistakes. read more

I got three bagels here. One eggwich on a egg bagel, one BLT on a multigrain bagel, and one lox on an everything bagel. All three bagels were fairly good. They were not especially busy but it did take nearly 15 minutes to get my order ready. The bagels tasted fresh and all the ingredients in them were fresh. I've been coming here for years, excellent bagels! There seems to be a high turnover of employees, mostly young teenagers. Typically there's very good customer service, however I would suggest to the owner that she train her new employees to be able to recognize the difference in bagel flavors/types. Several times we received the wrong flavor bagels. A simple improvement suggestion would be to label the bagel trays on the employee side of the counter as is the customer side. read more

My first time here and my LAST , I love leaving great reviews to places that deserve it but this place would get negative stars from me if possible , the bagels are ok not the best , I was really excited to like this place because I love bagels but this place surely disappointed, the bagels were flavorless , the lady that packaged my order was very nice but once I got to the register another worker (cashier) had completely different attitude, the lady with short hair ( wish I got her name ) not sure if they treat all their customers the way I was treated but it was enough to make me not want to go back , she clearly stated that she was charging me for 2 cream cheese to her co worker , after I had asked if one cream cheese was enough for two bagels (which it was ) , then after I was rang up I nicely asked for a receipt because I felt I was over charged for 2 bagels and 2 cream cheese , that's when she told me no she couldn't because she already put another order in the system, then proceeded to talk to the other customer as if I wasn't there . like what do you mean you can't ? She could have asked me nicely to wait for my receipt instead of telling me she couldn't and rudely brushing me off to help the next customer when I'm clearly right in front of her. Came today to order 5 bagel orders and the young male coworker at the counter was extremely confused and did not have the capacity to remember any of the orders correctly. The line soon built up behind us (when we came in no one was there) while he struggled with the orders and got confused. An older woman employee had to come in and help him, and he still was confused - he could not ring us up either. Then another second woman had to come in and ring it up for us since he was not able to. Then at the end we only were able to get 4 bagel orders since they were out of a certain bagel but it wasn't communicated in the beginning. I advise for him to get a paper and pen for next time as I don't believe he can remember multiple orders without being confused and communicate strongly what the orders were.
