I went with the sourdough roll and got it with the works. It was a pretty hefty sandwich! They didn't hold back with the turkey and the pepper jack went really well with it. It wasn't overly salty, the flavors were balanced, and it hit the spot. The price was $15.50, which is pretty standard nowadays. But compared to some of the other sandwich spots I've tried around the area, it had noticeably better flavor. There are a ton of options and combinations to choose from. I'll definitely be back for more. I think I may have found my new favorite sandwich spot!

The sandwiches were well seasoned, had a good meat to bread ratio and were satisfying. The folks here were so lovely and despite the limited seating, no one gave us a look for having toddlers playing around. After eating, you can go to the register and pay. This kind of blew my mind- this level of trust is not often seen anymore. During the hour that we were there, there was a constant stream of people coming in to order food, their tables were full and everyone seemed happy. I am so happy to finally get to try Parma!
