The staff was very friendly and nice, but the processes of how they operate are not efficient. Not yo mention it took almost 15 minutes for a toasted bagel with butter and a bagel with cream cheese. To note, there was no one waiting ahead of me. Just 2 people who had ordered prior to me walking in. They offer many other sandwiches , smoothies and other things that might be good but this is not a good representation of bagels on the island. My only criticism (or I guess, more of a consideration to make if you're deciding between Deli Delight and this spot) is that orders can take a bit of time to make. I will never ever step foot in this Panera or any other Panera bread again in my life, this is disgraceful.
