This is a family owned business that has been turning out great New York style sandwiches and deli items for many years. You all know how much I love local businesses and we really need to support great local businesses as much as possible. One particular item they have on the menu which is not found in many places is their deli style Tongue Sandwich. Yes I know it sounds weird but it is absolutely delicious and very hard to find. Most of their food items such as their soups and slaws are for the most part home made on premises which means they are always fresh. The service and atmosphere as you can imagine is true to form, a little noisy with everyone talking and enjoying their food and the servers really do a great job of getting things going for you as quickly as possible. On this occasion, I ordered the vegetable soup and the hot pastrami sandwich, piled high with awesome pastrami. As expected, it was excellent and very fresh. Outside of the menu, make sure to checkout the specials on the white board on the main wall, as they always have some items that are not on the menu on that board.
