I love their bagels! So many varieties and fresh. The people who work there are nice and helpful. I've bought wraps and bagels from them many times and never disappointed. Everything has been fresh and tasty so far. The only thing I am not crazy about is their coffee. But everything else is nice. The seating is limited and I see some sneaky people bringing their own food into this place and sitting at a table to eat. That's just wrong. read more

Selling day old bagels for sure. 4.15 for a stale bagel with cc. Do not get your bagels here. It's worth the drive to go elsewhere.

This place is near my mom's house so went there once to get a few bagels & was excited to see they had bialys so got a couple of those too. However they were not at all like bialys should be. The bagels were just ok too. The shop was empty but it was still pretty slow service and they were not friendly, reluctant to answer any questions etc--almost like you were imposing on them for being there giving them business! Very odd. read more

Got a sausage, egg, and cheese on kaiser roll. The breakfast sandwich for $8.06 was 98% roll, the littlest amount of egg, orange American cheese, and a tiny bit of sausage, I basically paid $8 bucks for a roll. Better breakfast sandwiches at WaWa next door and that is not saying much. First and last visit, go somewhere else read more

Food: Great Breakfast Spot - IYKYK. Everything is made to order just walk to the back place your order and give it a few minutes depending on what you order. There is a variety of options but for me I only swing by for Breakfast! Service: Spot on but I always call ahead and when I order something different I wait to go there but both have worked. The staff is polite and focused like you should want them to be especially when busy so all the orders get made right. I have heard maybe 1-2 small errors but there so nice and fast to correct them! Inside: Several seating options, Tables, Bench seating and high tops! It's not a Diner but definitely a good spot to take a break have your bite and relax! Options: Multiple Coffee and Soft Drink options Lots of Muffins and cakes I still have yet to try there smoothies and most of their lunch items Over-all Places is Great and my daily! And if the cops always stops here then I know it's banger! read more

There was definitely a line which should be a good thing. We waited 20 minutes for our order which was then wrong. When I told them they were missing items, she asked me to read our order to her (the receipt said "custom order") so that didn't help. I had to wait for them to ring up customers before I got help. read more

Every time I come here the staff are rude when they are not ignoring you completely. I try to maintain a positive attitude and even defended their slowness to another customer at one time. I will never go there again now. The bagels are not great. The service is slow. The employees are rude. read more

poor service, dirty, rude people behind the counter. no eye contact! no improvement necessary! I buy my bagels elsewhere now!

Without fail these folks always mess up your order. Always have to double check before you walk out the door or else you will get something you didn't order. Ordered egg and cheese on a cheddar habanero bagel with onion and tomato. They gave me a bagel with cream cheese and onion and tomato and when they went to fix it said they don't have anymore cheddar and habanero when I even said they could use the one they got wrong. read more

Wanted pancakes but didn't want to make from scratch! Bagel Bazaar came through! Fluffy 3 stack pancakes! Hot and out of this world!

Their bagel selection is amazing . My favorite was the maple bacon bagel. Went back and bought a half dozen to take back to VA with me.

Very nice place for a quick and delicious breakfast. We were visiting but it looks like a very popular place with the locals. The bagels are nice and dense not doughy and airy. read more

The store itself is very nice looking. I've been here twice for lunch, the Reuben sandwiches were just ok. The side of macaroni salad they include with the sandwich is maybe a scoop full at best. They are a little pricey. The service is satisfactory. read more

Do not visit this place during lunch time!! Workers more interested in call in orders rather than actual walk in customers. Came in with at least 10 office orders and was told to stand in the corner until I finally walked out and went some where else. Workers speak very little English and not very attentive to your order if and when you get to speak with someone! Don't waste your lunch break waiting for an average bagel as well as Poor Customer Service! read more

Frustrating! I think they need to rethink their system. It takes forever to get your order. But usually deal with it for good bagels. Although today, after the usual long wait, I took home what I thought was a cinnamon raisin bagel with plain cream cheese. But opened up an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. Not even close! I'd have driven back if it weren't 15 minutes away and an anticipating another wait. It wasn't great but at least Dunkin' got my order right. read more

Undrinkable iced coffee. Barely baked tiny bagels (my toasted everything bagel was whiter than the dough before it goes in the oven.

Solid bagel, great selection. Everything bagels have plenty of seasoning. Crumb cake is homemade and delicious. Employees typically have a good attitude. Parking can be a disaster and some might say you can risk your life in the lot with the large population of elderly folks in the area. Look twice each way.... Best Gluten Free bagels I've ever had; finally don't feel like I'm missing out anymore.

So- this was my first bagel in a while. I've been living overseas for some time and been craving an everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. Knowing that Monroe NJ isn't exactly the home of the best bagels around but jet lagged and hangry- here we are. I ordered 2 bagels, only got 1 so I was forced to share with my husband- FINE! I only eat turkey bacon and ordered 1 side along with the eggs and meat platter and specified turkey bacon making 2 servings of TURKEY bacon- got 1 order of turkey bacon and the other regular pork bacon. Called to let them know about the missing bagel, not even the other issue and we were asked to pick up the order - we ordered through grub hub. We let them know we couldn't and now have to wait until their driver starts their day to have it delivered which is an hour after we've already had our breakfast oh and no sorry for the inconvenience or the typical customer is always right fluff. In any case, the food was fine - but the inconvenience was annoying. read more

I had been a customer for many years. as time went by management and customer service has worsened considerably over time. the staff makes mistakes with the flavors requested, and management gets really nasty when presented with the issue. brought back wrong flavors and they gave me a really hard time to replace it. I guess they never heard nor followed the rule that the customer is always right. for them to be so cheap about replacing a bagel that they charge. $1.40 for is amazing. their cost might be 25 cents and they give customers a hard time to replace 2 bagels that were brought back, unbelievable! place was also dirty and staff barely speaks English. this was definitely the last time I will give them my business. most of their customers are elderly people and it is a shame how they treat us! read more

Asked for tail of whitefish. Gave us Big piece of Head. Listen to customer next time.

This is your standard neighborhood deli. There's nothing to rave about this place. They've variety of bagels and spreads. The taste is average, but plenty of choices. They have good breakfast specials and a large menu besides bagels. There are definitely better bagel places within 20 minutes in the area, but this one gets the job done on weekends since it's only few minutes away from home. Friendly and efficient service. I believe this is a cash only place! read more

Very busy shop, staffed well, everyone hustles. This shop is completely surrounded by over 55+ gated developments so I have to applaud the staff for working in that environment. Having said that, the bagels are just ok, definitely not the best bagel in NJ and a far better bagel can be purchased a few miles away in Plainsboro NJ. I always order an egg everything because the interior is softer than the non-egg bagels but they gave me a hard everything bagel today. I was hungry. I ate it. The shrimp salad is very good though and they've improved on the interior somewhat post 2020. If you're in the area at lunch time, the Sicilian slice from the pizza place a couple doors down is a better choice. read more

They recently underwent some renovations so if you haven't gone while you should go back and check it out! read more

Okay... take the lowest rated bagel shop/deli in NYC, Transport it lock, stock and barrel to a isolated strip mall in central New Jersey, open the doors and see what happens...... What happens is a very busy, successful watering hole for everyone from the senior residents, transplanted New Yorkers, curious South Asians and bored Cops of Monroe and it's surrounding towns all attempting to score a decent bagel and a drinkable cup of coffee. Ambiance is 70's Greenwich Village"Bagel Buffet" with a geriatric bent, better service but without the Iconic blue Greek takeout coffee cups and the odd tweaker nodding off in the corner. Bagel selection is as expected and the everything bagel, toasted with a schemer is a welcomed throwback to the old days, overstuffed hero's, hamburgers, deli sanwiches is also offered. Look... This is by no means the best Bagel joint in New Jersey... not even close but It's friendly, convenient, cozy and cheap and the coffee and company ain't that bad. read more

I rarely give 5 stars, so 4 is almost my excellent and 3 is I go there and just get a basic. Been going there for 4 years b very convenient. Are they the absolute Betsy bagels created by man, no. But they make a damn good bagel., Are you greeted like your walking into a upscale NYC restaurant when you walk in, no. Do you get a "good morning" ? Yes if you say it first! Are the bagels a bit smaller now then a year ago, yes. But they have a huge variety. Do I take advantage of the huge variety, no. I eat onion, and poppy mainly and occasionally an everything. There scallion cream cheese is great. Their muffins are really good for a change of pace. They have a very extensive coffee bar make your own. I'm picky on me coffee chemistry. Do they get you out pretty quickly, yes. Bottom line, no hug, good variety, never received the wrong order. It's a freakin bagel joint, not Union Square Cafe. read more

Long wait, but the bagel itself was good. The cinnamon walnut cream cheese was too sweet for me.

Stale bagels, nothing special here, very dirty behind counter and unfriendly service. Will never go back

Haven't been to this bagel place in awhile with good reason. I wanted a quick lunch and figured a bagel sandwich would be quick n easy. Didn't think a bagel place would screw it up. I walked in and they were quite busy, thought that was a good sign. Apparently not. The sandwich was relatively reasonable, it came with a small portion of macaroni salad and a pickle. This sandwich was soooooo greasy it was literally dripping. My body was telling me not to eat it but I already left and was hungry. Unfortunately I was sick for a day and half after eating it. I will NEVER go back there again. I do not understand why they were so busy. If you're looking for a good bagel or a sandwich it would be safer to go to wawa which I should've done in the first place. This place is horrible to the Maxx. Save the digestive war and go somewhere else you will thank me later...ugh.. read more
