It's been so long, I thought surely I would have to pay. When I saw Jimmy at the door, he said that bag is free sir! How did he remember? Soon my bag came back as if it's brand new. Except, I have my bag back and they even found expensive tools and parts that were lodged in the bag, and I couldn't get them out. Briggs and Riley disassembled the bag and got my parts back free of charge. I can still hear Carmen's voice, and his awesome son Jimmy was happy to help me for free. We love our Tumi bags, but this bad is my keeper! I happily recommend Bag and Bagage, no matter what you buy. I lean to the special qualities of Briggs and Riley.

I wanted these chairs to be renewed but without destroying their late 1800s character. I opted for a green velvet. I was confident that Mary would take good care of these chairs when she saw them and got excited about the restoration. These chairs turned out beautiful - Mary restored the springs, batting and straps to preserve the firm but comfortable seating. The velvet and piping work are beautiful.
