The danish was too bready for me, but she loved it. And we both enjoyed the peach fritter! Wanna take it home to have with ice cream next time. Baker's Pride is where the locals go. And EVERYBODY friendly--staff and customers. While scanning the treats, a few customers started making suggestions for us. One said, "If you think you love Krispy Kreme, you gotta try the donuts here." He ain't lying! I told em I was a regular too and shared our lil challenge. I appreciated the honesty but I had to leave, so disappointing. Canola Oil is the most toxic, unhealthy, and inflammatory "cooking" (seed) oil you can use. Online I read "natural high end ingredients", "grandma's kitchen", and saw all those great ingredients (in attached pictures). If you swtich to butter, ghee, avocado oil, or organic extra virgin olive oil your cupcakes would be so much better. Canola Oil was used to lubricate machinary in Canada during World War II and didn't even exist in my grandma's kitchen.
