We arrived on Sunday, 12/21, between 7:00-8:30 AM and waited about five minutes before being acknowledged and seated. When we were seated, I asked for coffee. The person who sat us brought the coffee and said your server would take your order shortly. When the server arrived, she did take our order and mentioned the smaller menu option, which worked well for us since my husband and I planned to share a meal. We ordered an omelet and pancakes, which were very good. However, the service after that fell short. When the food was delivered, there was no extra plate for sharing. We asked for one, and the server said "okay," but it was never brought. Throughout the rest of the meal, there was little to no follow-up. Additionally, when the server initially took our order, I mentioned that the men's bathroom was out of toilet paper. By the time we left, it still had not been addressed. I ended up having to get a roll from the women's restroom for my husband. The men's and women's bathroom's were very messy and appeared not to have been cleaned, with overflowing trash. I noticed 2 server on staff when we arrived and four by the time we left, so staffing didn't seem to be a factor--but overall, while the food was good, the service and restroom conditions were lacking at multiple levels, which was disappointing given our prior positive visits. In addition a man was sleeping in a booth next to where we sat. The 3 stars is because of the food otherwise it would have been a 1 star if that.
