My primary issue is that the woman who services me, nearly every time I go, overcharged me on more than one occasion. I let the first time go and caulked it up as an honest error. This time I could not ignore it. I left the dry-cleaning ticket in my car. The woman, who almost always services me, urged me not to go and get it out of my car. She looked it up and rang me up for 33 dollars. When I looked at the ticket that I left in my car, I noticed that she overcharged me by 6 dollars. I brought it to her attention, and she refunded and apologized. I was more upset that when I went in to pick up the clothes that I left to be dry cleaned (before realizing the overcharge), the woman would not give me eye contact, speak or make any attempt to keep my business.
