Henri is an exceptional tailor and a phenomenal business man. He tailored 2 pair of dress slack for my boyfriend and they looked great. He had them ready by the date promised and we had no issue whatsoever! About 3 weeks after initially coming to Henri's, my boyfriend and I purchased a Peacoat from Macy's. As we were checking out we noticed that the button was broken! When we asked for them to locate another jacket in the store they informed us that this was the last one We ultimately decided to purchase the jacket and see if we could watch a YouTube video to learn how to replace a button. While driving home, I remembered Henri's Tailoring and told my boyfriend to give them a call to see if they would be able to fix the button. We called Henri and he to that if we got the coat to him that he would fix it while we waited! Talk about great service! He reattached the button within two minutes and he did not charge us. Back in September, I needed an entire suit tailored for an outdoor wedding in under 48 hours. Over the pandemic I have actually lost some weight so my summer suits from previous years no longer fit well and who would turn down the excuse to get a cool new suit. I headed over to Macy's about 48 hours before the wedding, only to find out after I had picked out a suit I really liked, that because of Covid-19, Macy's was not tailoring anything. I asked the salesman where he got his suits tailored and he pointed me to Henri's. Because it was already later in the day, I called ahead and asked Henri if I they would be able to turn the suit around for me that quickly and he assured me that it wouldn't be a problem. I think I may have arrived about 20 minutes before they were set to close and by the time Henri had finished with the customer ahead of me there was maybe 5-10 minutes before they were closing. Henri still treated me like I was the first customer he had seen that day. He was friendly, precise, quick and professional. The store's interior gave off similar vibes. The walls of the store are lined with suits, fabrics, and other accessories to showcase all of the things Henri (and his wife, who at the time was expertly manning a sewing machine in an area behind the counter) specialize in tailoring and customizing. Furthermore, Henri and his wife appeared to be taking care to follow proper Covid protocols to protect the health of their customers which made me feel a lot more comfortable. Henri took my measurements and again reassured me that my suit would be ready by the next afternoon. When I asked him how much it would be, the price made my jaw drop. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've pulled an emergency suit purchase and previously I have been charged over $200 for a rush job. I don't remember the price exactly but from I do recall that it wasn't even 1/4 that amount. And on top of all of that, when I inquired if they were able to make custom face masks to match my suit, they told me they would absolutely do that for me if I could get them the fabric that I wanted to use. Overly long review/story short, my suit was ready with a full day to spare, it fit perfectly, and I didn't feel like someone was trying to price gouge me for needing the rush job. And while this review may be so relentlessly positive that you may suspect it could have been written by Henri himself, I can assure you that I'm just a guy who needed a suit tailored expeditiously and is happy with the results. I will be going to Henri's for any type of tailoring I need done in the future (although I never did get that mask made). read more

I ordered this dress online. Only to find out the sizing is off! And it's a 20% restocking fee. So I go to henri's to see if it's save-able? Since I ordered it for my clients wedding. After several fittings & couple of trips to Joanne fabrics. Henri was able to fix it! His pricing is reasonable and his talent is unmatched .
