Independent tire place told me every mechanic has a simple tool to do that and charged me $35. Called Aug 2026 to do a new lease. John Doyle, who sold me current lease didn't return my call. Ten days later I called Sales Mgr Randy Tennies, told him what I was looking for. He said he had exact car, it would be on his lot in a couple days and he'd call me. He didn't call or return my calls. Went to Boucher and in 2 days drove off with new lease, $32/mo less than Tennies quoted.

Dustin , sales associate , refused to even consider negotiating and stated" this is a sought after truck"! He said they added on $1000 to the offer of my truck which was only at $12,000. For the record, it was $30000 offer to me to buy their truck . I offered $26,000 including my 2015 Chevy Colorado, loaded ! He stated he could not find $4000. I asked if he would consider negotiating. He turned his back to me and said no. I left. This dealership does not want your money. There are so many trucks out on the market. I had used the service department for some time. Communication had been spotty over the years but…read moreI expressed my concerns and kept giving another chance but it kept getting worse. I recently came to the end of my confidence in them as I had been waiting for a part to come in. I hadn't heard back from them in weeks so called and they noted the manufacturer canceled the order and I had to go directly to them for reorder. I asked why I was not informed of this and they said they left a message but I never received one. Just have no confidence that ever happened as I would have a message notification if it did. Just another example of lack of care and concern for follow through. I like to work with local businesses but do have an expectation of a minimum level of service and that they actually care about providing such.

Keep in mind that they take up front payment to offset any liability given the transplant doesn't take. They called me and told me it was done. They must be miracle workers if they can pull, rebuild and re-install a transmission in 4 hours. I got the car back, and it was worse than when I dropped it off. Now instead of banging into 2nd, it was a long soft shift (probably burning the torque converter up). They said it would "wear in" and the problem would clear up. I owned the car for 15 years, and it never was "fine" after that. I also noticed at that time, that they put a hole in the coolant line, to which they charged me another $195 to fix even though I'm certain it was their fault. About a week later, I noticed that all they did was put on about 50 cents worth of rubber hose and 2 clamps and charged me $195 for that! I literally scrapped the car because they ruined it. Why I didn't just pay more and take it to ETE I'll never know. Never, ever again. RUN!

We got in sooner than their initial estimate, but the work took longer than the week they suggested. They had to fix things then paint, and it all looked to match perfectly. However, we noticed that weekend (once my husband had a passenger) that the front passenger door was hanging low and didn't match the line of the trim. We called to see what could have caused this since we didn't see this issue before we brought it in and the accident damaged the left driver side. We were told by the shop that it was that way when we brought it in. First off, NO. We even have a few pictures before we brought it in and that was not the case. As we didn't trust what they were saying, we took it to another body shop to get an estimate to fix this issue. Within a matter of minutes, they found that the bracket on the frame that holds the door shut wasn't screwed all the way in. They surmised that someone may have taken things apart on both sides to line things up when reassembling and perhaps didn't remember to screw that part in. They fixed it on the spot for no charge.
