It's black, so i'm always trying out new car washes because it's absolutely difficult to remove the water stains. Yeah the place isn't very clean, but so what? It's a car wash! The place washes dirty cars. The carwash does need a little up keep, but I don't think people should expect anything fancy when it comes to the building, unless they want to pay big money to get a simple car wash. My wash cost a total of $19.99, which included shampooed seats, armor all on my dash board and tires, and air freshener! It was a pretty good deal! I wasn't pressured to get the most expensive wash at any point of being there, so there was no annoying upsetting. The customer service is great and all the workers are very helpful! I was greeted by most of the workers as I was sitting to wait for my car to be dried. It took about 20 minutes for my car to be washed, and it was worth the wait because they actually wash every inch of that car! Plus these men are in the blazing hot sun hand washing the cars. If you're in a rush to get a wash or don't care how great of a wash you get, then this place is not for you, because these men dedicate themselves to making sure you leave the building with a car looking like new! My Nissan was washed spotless clean and i saw not waterworks on the paint. I also checked the prices for an oil change, in case I ever wanted to go back, and the cheapest one was around $30, therefore I believe that's a reasonable price for an oil change, plus there's a car wash included. On my first visit, I personally didn't use the restrooms, and so I can't say if they were unsanitary or not. I did go into the store where the cashier was, and it was small, a few racks with merchandise and miscellaneous items. The store was clean, and I saw nothing dirty. What will make me go back to this car wash is not only the prices but the customer service and the way the workers handle the cars with care. I haven't been able to find a good car wash here in Palmdale, but I think I finally found my new favorite car wash!

Overall my car came out looking good but there were a few things I was not happy with. - When going through the wash, the employees drive the cars so close to each other and I was afraid they might hit the vehicles in front of them. - My windshield was cleaned with a dirty towel on the inside so it actually came out dirtier than it was since it's a fairly new car. - They sprayed air freshener on my door and it left a bunch of little spots that won't come off.
