Mr. Evans came to our home, assessed a leak, and gave an honest and immediate solution to our…read moreproblem. It took him time to teach a pair of helpless (hopeless?) homeowners to be a bit more educated about how sprinkler systems work. But he was extremely willing to teach and kind about it. What makes me praise this man is that he answered a call that was posted to a public community forum. He could as well have given us some bogus issues and charge us for it. Instead, he presented himself to be a fantastic member of our community when he performed an unscheduled, same-day leak check. I'm not advertising he does this on a regular basis but he did so for us and we are grateful to the honest service he gave us on short notice.

I went online and left a message and he returned my call. We set up our service for the following week and they came when they said they would. We discussed my expectations and the price was fair. They were dependable and we were contacted if there was a change or concern. I'm happy to recommend them! I can't imagine anyone doing a better job.

I showed Jarrod a photo of a type of towel bar handle I liked and he found a perfect match. Communication was awesome from Jarrod and Felicia in the office. The guys who did the install were polite, clean and fast. We had a small problem with a bracket rubbing against a tile and marking it up a bit. Felicia had someone out to adjust it the next day. We have been very happy with the look and the function of the glass itself, the door and the transom that vents for the steam shower. I mentioned the remodel from hell because I get anxious every time I use someone for a home project big or small after multiple bad experiences. Complete Glass was exactly how a sub or vendor SHOULD be when working on your home.
