I've been here twice, and after my second experience we won't be returning. We went towards the end of the summer, and Our service was awful. Had to ask the bartender for menus and a server after waiting for 10 minutes with nothing, and it still took 10 minutes to get either. We should have left then. It was my birthday dinner though, so we stuck it out because I like the food. We were there for nearly 2 hours waiting on service, never had drinks refilled, never were checked on except to drop the check (when we weren't done, and wanted to order desert) and then waited another 20 minutes and had to ask the manager for our shakes to go. read more

We have eaten here several times and have never been disappointed by the quality of food. Last night was no exception - the 4 burgers ordered for our table were cooked exactly as ordered. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that handrails on both staircases and the restroom door are sticky and don't feel clean. Is it the paint used or neglected cleaning? Whatever the reason, it detracts from the experience. After washing up before dinner I avoided touching the handrails returning to my upstairs table. read more

We love this place! Andrew is always so welcoming, we feel like Norm in Cheers (wait...is that a good thing?) Do Not Miss: cold beer on the upstairs patio with great views of the Rocky Mountains, Bacon Burger on Steroids with thick sliced jalapeño bacon (enough said) and the tator tots with melted cheese and green chili doesn't suck either. My girlfriend loves their fried pickles...but she is really weird so I'm not sure I'd recommend those.... I'd give them 2.5 stars. Let me start by saying we LOVE Bad Daddys. The food can be outstanding. However, the South Glenn location doesn't have it together in the kitchen. The last 4 visits, the burgers were either raw (when we ordered medium) or burned. Today 2 out of 5 burgers were raw/undercooked including a Turkey burger. To their credit, they redid our orders and comped the cost of the burger. We won't be going to this location again. The DTC Landmark (4 stars) and Cherry Creek (5 stars) locations get the orders right every time! read more

Update: August 2017: Very pleased with the service and food here. We love sitting on the roof. All service was excellent. Food and drinks were on the table within 30 minutes of our arrival. We were seated immediately. I really appreciate the quick and attentive wait staff here. June 2017: Food was yummy, cooked as ordered, service was pretty good. Food is delicious. Great options for customizing your burger. The sides are also very good. My favorites are the onion rings and tots. Both go great with the Bad Daddy sauce. Only reason I have a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the service. I usually sit on the roof, so I understand they have to run the food upstairs. But it even takes awhile to get apps and drinks. I don't get how this place has so many good reviews?? Either I went at a bad time or you just chose to specifically fuck my order right off. First off I get inside and the restrooms are both flooded. So manager I presume let's me use the females. Issue is with food. Who sends out a burger that is almost at the level I could have named the cow it came from? My bun was soaked and didn't realize that now it was from the blood soaking into it. I have coordinated at maggianos and Fogo de chao and cook now and would never let something out like this. Done another one on the fly maybe for me and had me wait. My girl and I Ofcourse get into an argument about this place cus she recommended it. . So I left with her to avoid a scene, which honestly unless Donna or whoever was in charge on shift just saw the burger and comped the entire meal there would have been one. So, I'm visiting the area and decided I wanted a late night burger. Naturally, I went to Yelp to guide me to the right place. This joint was exactly what I was looking for, so I placed an order to go. After sitting around like an idiot waiting around for about 20 minutes (note that I arrived 4 minutes before closing), I decided to ask what was going on. TURNS OUT I was at the wrong location! Out of the three locations I have been to, Cherry Creek, Southwest plaza, and this one, this hasn't fully lived up. The service is meh, kinda slow, not really friendly, and food doesn't always come out right. We always get the truffle fries and at all the other locations we get it and the sauce is on top along with the seasoning. Here we received some with a simple side of the garlic sauce and no seasoning. When we asked if it was right they stated yes and refused to replace. We have been back since and sure enough, that order was incorrect as they have fixed it, but to say we were wrong was not ok. The burgers are just like the other locations, so if you simply like the food then you can get it here as well. Overall not the best Bad Daddy's int he area. Also Southglenn is a very busy area, prepare to park quite far away as there are so many shops that bring in people it can get quite crowded. read more

I came in tonight craving a good burger and i got something even better! the buffalo chicken burger is AMAZING and my favorite on the menu. They have a create your own burger option too which is really nice and unique. My server was a dark haired girl named Catalina, I believe. I am thoroughly disappointed with Bad Daddy's management! We have been frequent customers since their opening. I recently tried to make a reservation for 20 people for a surprise birthday party for my husband. The GM, Donavon Tejero, was not available when I was told he would be there and when he finally showed up he wanted to charge me $600 to reserve a spot. WHAT???? We went to Brothers and they were very accommodating for a $0 charge. We are done with BD's. read more

Came here with my girlfriend for Dry Docks release of their Sour Apricot beer. As my first time here and didn't really know what to expect. We where told there was a 30 to 45 minute wait at the door but we could go up to there rooftop patio for drinks but that they didn't serve food up there. OK I guess, not sure why they don't serve food upstairs though. Anyway my buzzer went off as soon as we sat and ordered a Apricot sour beer in about 3 minutes. Not very organized feeling thus far. We went and sat at our table and one of the employees said they had a extra chili cheese tot and wondered if we would like it for free. We said ok but maybe we should have passed because all the tots where soggy like it had been sitting in the food window for awhile. Our waiter finally came by and we ordered some chips and queso instead it was good but the queso was very watered down. We both ordered burgers my girlfriend got the bacon cheese burger on steroids and I ordered the fried cheese burger and upgraded to a double, that was a mistake these burgers where huge. What great burgers they where though I couldn't really taste the fried cheese on mine but this horse reddish sauce that was on it was killer. My girlfriend loved her burger as well and even though they burnt about half the bacon on her burger there was enough to scrape off what was burnt and still have plenty for the sandwich. She also commented on how good the jalapeño bacon that wasn't burnt tasted. We finished our dinner off with a strawberry milkshake and unfortunately even though we drank it all this was not even cold not sure how a milkshake gets warm so quickly but it was like drinking strawberry milk instead of frozen blended ice cream. This place has all the makings to be a great burger bar but seemed to fall flat on almost everything. For starters, the service was poor. The server was not very attentive. The burgers really had no flavor. My mom and I split two different ones since this was our first time. The mushroom burger was not very mushroomy tasting. The Pittsburgher had fries and garlic ketchup, neither of which had flavor. The meat had no taste. The fries were too oily. It was not what I expected, but upon looking up the restaurant, it is a subsidiary of Good Times. So basically it's the same quality and taste at a higher price. Will not be back. read more

This was our first trip to Bad Daddy's, which I mention because they gave us a free order of fried pickles that weren't bad, but we wouldn't regularly order them. They have a cool concept on how to order food, but it still requires good service which I think our server tried to give us but it took awhile to place our order and when we did it took awhile for us to get our food. I feel like the food was good for what it was, a little over dressed as we had to scrape extra condiments off our burgers, but it was good. We never got a refill on our sodas when they were empty and no one asked us how our meal was. We also had to wait to pay as we placed our credit card on the table and watched as the minutes went by before our waitress walked by and we could ask for our check. If they were busy some of the stuff with the waiting is acceptable but we went around 1 and we were sat right away. Food was good, just took longer than expected and service was slow. read more

Was at work and starving, so, with all the hype surrounding Bad Daddys I were curious to see if this place was really legit. Most restaurants claim greatness but when you get there its a bit of a letdown, it looks good but because they fail to do the small things like season their food its a bummer, luckily that wasn't the case here. The Bad Daddys Chili for starters was absolutely delicious, it had a sweet flavor to it. For the main course I had the Bacon Cheeseburger on Steroids, the burger was massive but quite favorable and the meat was indeed seasoned yes! The environment was retro throwback sports themed, a bit crowded, but with food as good as this place I didn't mind at all. Servers and bartenders were knowledgeable about the product and friendly. Why 4 stars instead of 5? It did seem a bit chaotic do to so many people in the bar but thats probably due to opening week, I shall return soon anxious to try all their menu items. Well we didn't even get food, my girlfriend and I sat there for almost 30 minutes waiting for a server and every time we tried getting someone's attention they didn't even acknowledge us. We decided to get up and leave and the hostess didn't even realize we were sitting their waiting she looked high. Very bad service. And everyone else seemed to have a server but us in the corner. Worried for the people who sat down after us in the same corner we were sitting, hopefully they don't have to wait as long as we did. The hostess needs to get trained better and so do servers. I love this place! The Backyard chicken nachos are awesome, the Western burger is delicious, and the fried pickles are the best I've ever experienced (no joke). I come for the bloody Mary's multiple times a week; oh, and I can't forget the Daddy's Dragonberry!! YUMTUM!!!! The service is impeccable and the bartenders' (especially Matt and Carrie) know what they're doing and are always so nice. This seems to be a new place so hopefully service won't be as slow and will pick up as they find their groove. Food is good but careful when making modifications. We were told any substitution can be made for free so I asked for bacon instead of ham on my dish. When the food came out, there was ham instead of bacon. Chose not to say anything since it really isn't a big deal but when the bill came, bacon was an extra charge. The waitress was gracious enough to remove it from the bill. This is our new favorite spot! We have been there 3 times now. Great drinks beer and margs, tuna burger is the bomb, had some off experiences with the buffalo burgers. The chef just doesn't know how to cook the lean buffalo. Our only critique is you gotta learn do cook these. We always order medium and it comes out well consistently all 3 visits they are overcooked, still edible and yummy though. So my reco is to order it Medium Rare and hope to get medium. I've never been into a Bad Daddy's before this was my first time who's created by a friendly smile from the bartender named Rob. His green eyes remind me of an iris Meadow. He was extremely informative with a menu which I had never come across before. He assisted me with my burger choice which came out cooked to perfection. I would have to say that the full meal was a delight the only downside was when he dropped the check ha.
