It surpasses the Old Colony Network for miles and has some of the largest and newest libraries in its control. Living in Westwood, more and more of the libraries near my house are Minuteman. They have an innovative, new online site that has so many useful and accurate features. Not once have I gone to a library that SAID something was in stock when it wasn't. The selection is MUCH more broad than others like Old Colony, even each of the individual Minuteman libraries have so much more. You can get books sent to your library, and more and more of the libraries have self checkout and great computers and printing. Out of all of the Minuteman Libraries, my favorites are the Newton Free Library, Dedham Public Library (and the Endicott Branch), and the Medfield Public Library. Definitely the best public library system to be with.... even if they aren't in your town, you'll probably use them more often if you prefer the best of the best in everything! 5 stars for Minuteman!
