Backfill not completed by installer and rutted landscape left by installer.

The installer recommended by Backyard Master's was absolutely the worst. If you don't use their installer then they will not warranty the pool. When the manager was confronted she took the installers side. They left our yard a mess and removed 20yards of topsoil after being told not to and demanded payment in cash to continue installing our pool. We now have a landscaping company scheduled to fix what they destroyed. The filter still is not working correctly (leaking and they installed the valve incorrectly marked). They also destroyed a 20 year old fig tree that they were told to protect on their last day there while we were at work.

I had the best experience with Backyard Masters. I walked in looking for a hot tub for my backyard. It was perfect from beginning to end ! NICK was the best, answered all my questions. Honest, attentive and gave me exactly what I wanted and needed ! After looking for about a year, I have to say they do have best prices in tubs and chemicals, even better than Amazon ! Must ASK for NICK only !

This is after having stone laid down and a border placed by our landscaper.

We bought a 26x15 pool on May 31st and it was installed on June 26th. Dealing with sales was a wonderful experience, I didn't feel pressured or rushed in any way, Antonio did a wonderful job. The rest of the staff were as helpful as they could be during the weeks between purchase and install, I must of called 30 times trying to narrow down my installation date as we originally purchased a smaller pool and then upgraded a few days later. I will admit, trying to get an exact date is tough but I understand now they are dealing with ordering from the manufacturer and cannot guarantee anything. Maria at the desk was very helpful in setting me straight with my timeline and their installer John was also extremely professional and did an amazing job. We love the pool and have experienced 0 issues. I was very prepared for what others have mentioned regarding a messy yard after the install as both John and Antonio alerted me to the fact that they do not remove the dirt that is dug up and it's up to me to have it removed. I also didn't expect a fully opened pool at the end of the day as I knew it would take 24-36 hours to fill. That left me with plenty of time to put my steps together myself, something that was also explained to me from the get-go. All in all, I would absolutely buy from Backyard Masters again and would recommend them to others. They were helpful when I needed them and firm in setting my expectations. We have thoroughly enjoyed our new pool so far this summer.

The delivery and setup in January was fine but upon discussion with mom in April she happened to mentioned how much she disliked her purchase and how annoying it was to eat at the table. She said the chair backs were uncomfortable and the table is uneven so plates and dishes wobble when you set them down to eat. I immediately contacted the store because the website says there is a 1 year warranty on all furniture for manufacturing defects and this surely must be a defect! I was given an email address to send my concerns to, which I did which included a video of the wobbly place settings. After 10 days of no response I called back and after some searching, they found my email. I voiced my displeasure in the set and while I realized they would not take it back (even though it is in pristine condition, always covered since received) I was at least hoping for them to come and fix the problem. I was told that it is reclaimed wood and it's like that sometimes. In other words tough luck lady, deal with it! Buyers beware, the warranty is not as it appears!

Upon loading the recliner into the bed of my pickup truck, one of the managers (did not catch his name) that was helping to load it on, tripped over a furniture dolly and tore the corner of the recliner open. My brother and I did not notice and IF the salesman and manager noticed, they did not say anything. However, the manager was quick to have my brother sign for the recliner. Upon arriving to the house is when we noticed the damage. The salesman was called and we were informed that due to it being a clearance item, all sales were final. Also, since the warranty was declined, repairs would be at our expense. We explained that the damaged was caused by their employee and the photos were provided but it did nothing to sway them. While the salesman was personable, we are severely disappointed by the lack of integrity and dishonest business practice. We will now let the bank handle this issue since the team at this Ashley Furniture refuse to.

We were not happy and declined, and did financing for 24 months at 0%. The manager Mike kept saying there is a price match available if we find it somewhere less expensive, and that we were getting all the Black Friday discounts. We did not get the Black Friday discounts and specials, and when I called about a price match, he just discredited the website that was offering it, Then proceeded to tell me that if they do a price match, our financing goes down to 12 months. I called Ashley's corporate number to see if they can assist, they told me Mike would reach out again to see if anything can be done, Mike never called. The price online also included a chaise lounge, and was still less then Ashley's price with delivery. Also the people sent to put together the couch, didn't know how to, they claimed a clip was broken, we had to wait for the clip to be mailed to us, upon receiving the clip we called to have someone come over and install the new clip, and he told us nothing is broken, they just didn't set it up correctly. Do not go to this store, search around online and save money.

I have always had a…read morereally nice experience and the sales staff are always friendly and helpful and wonderful to work with. I needed a new sofa so I came to this location. The store had been open for about 20 minutes and empty. The salesman helping us was an extreme deterrent. His answers were short and abrasive and he seemed annoyed to be answering anything we asked. He walked away from us, for no apparent reason, several times and we literally had to search the store to find him. What a major disappointment. In addition, as I was looking for my salesman, I passed another salesman and I nodded and said hello. This guy walked by me and turned his head. We were going to place an order but decided that we needed to go to a different Bob's because this isn't the way you treat customers. I hope the management reads this and retrains the staff here.

We were told we would get a phone call from repair dept within 5 minutes.....no call. Contacted sales person Sandra who told me she would call me back as soon as she had a chance....no call! Repair dept came and fixed 1 side table, could not fix the other. We were told they would replace with a new sofa, delivery guys came with new part of sofa, not a complete replacement. Delivery guys seemed to have problems putting it together, when done, side table crooked again and the whole couch wobbled, probably because it was assembled wrong.The pattern of the 2 different pieces of the sectional also did not match, they had different patterns . We were contacted by service dept and now were told they were out of stock and would not be getting anymore in.......Contacted sales person Sandra again via text to tell her the entire order was being returned. Now we received a call back more than likely because her commission was going to disappear. She told us she would check this out and get back to us immediately....guess what....no call back. We are now shopping for a new outdoor set, from a more reputable store now doubt. All of this with paying for their so called white glove service.....steer clear of Bobs and salesperson Sandra!
