It's easy to make appointments for service and they are very valuable to me specially as a female because I know I can trust Kent Richardson with my vehicle and my son's too. Joe Russo clocks in every day for a couple of hours and now his sons run the shop. When my mom's Mini Cooper needed service, I knew just who to call. Handling everything across the country, Russo's made my life so much easier, towing out the car on a flatbed (battery long dead) and getting it repaired, buffed up and inspected prior to sale. The billing met their estimate, no surprises. If you live in Buffalo or are driving through and suddenly need a mechanic, be confident Russo's will get your car running perfectly again - and at a reasonable price. Trust. Absolute highest recommendation.

Person working the lot seemed like he was competing with me for a parking spot which was annoying, especially when operating on like 3 hours of sleep. I decided to give up and left the car right in the middle of the lot since it seemed that me trying to park was infringing on their business. He then complained to me about my park job. Decided that risk of colliding with another car while he was trying to park another car was greater than leaving it to a "pro," who appeared to be king of the lot.

Paragon took care of me in an hour to replace the mirror. They were able to track down a used part that matched the color from a picture I sent them via phone. They were easy to work with, super kind and price was very reasonable. Although they are not a body shop, they did a little bit of work buffing out the scratches since one of their mechanics on hand had some experience to do so. I was grateful to have them fix my mirror and for being so easy to deal with. There is free wifi and a little lounge with a TV and a few chairs. Highly recommended! A true honest, kind shop.
