I was explained everything in detail and had pictures on my invoice so I could see what's going on with my vehicle. They updated me along the way when they had my vehicle and even offered me a loaner car so I could take care of my kids, get back and forth to work. Toyota Care gave me a Thruway Authority number to arrange for a towing service. That number went to a human right away and he was very helpful. No more calls from them at all, I call a week later and get YELLED at by the man that answered the phone and told they'd never sell for parts and she's been charged $60/day since its been there. Moral of the story, guy's disrespectful and misleading. And took advantage of my kid!!
