We hired Backstage Limousine for our daughter's wedding last weekend and if my card were not automatically charged, I would not have paid them the $900. It was less than a 5 minute ride to and from church to the venue. I emailed them and specifically asked if there were champagne glasses in the limo and was told yes. Our coordinator made sure that multiple bottles of champagne were placed in the limo but once we got in we noticed that there was not one glass to be found, champagne glass or otherwise. The limo was dirty and smelly inside and the floor was all wet. The groom, when getting into the vehicle, slipped on the wet floor and hurt his back. All of us women in heels were slipping as well because we were trying to hold up our gowns so they would not get wet and dirty. The bottom of my daughter's wedding gown got wet and dirty though. Why the inside floor of the limo was wet is beyond me. We tipped our driver (who barely spoke English) only because he came to the venue to return our daughter's purse which we did not even know was left in the limo. We made a reservation the day before to be picked up from our hotel. We were supposed to be picked up at 10:55am and taken to the airport. Two adults and FOUR kids headed back home and needed to make our flight. At 11:05 they were not anywhere to be found we called to inquire about what was going on! I would never recommend Backstage Limo to anyone. Our first ride was fine we were picked up on time. I recommend them to a family member, and they left her stranded at the airport. They didn't call or text to say they were running late, they just didn't show up. When she called they had already charged her. They told her that her ride back to the airport would be free. She was nervous and didn't want to miss the flight so she didn't give them another chance. When we were heading back to the airport I called the day before travel to confirm and they said of course. The day we traveled I called 15 minutes before pick up time to make sure the limo was on the way. He said he would call me right back. When he called me back I was told the people in the limo before us kept in longer and they were currently at Walmart shopping. They did send a Suburban SUV to get us to the airport, but NEVER credited me for the lower price. I had to dispute with my credit card company. They are quick to charge, but not deliver. Backstage Limousine was a true disappointment!! We reserved a WHITE 10 passenger limo for our daughter's wedding. I called to confirm our reservation the day of the wedding with Ash. I was assured that all was good. A Black limo arrived. The driver took 45 minutes for a drive from Altamonte Springs to Winter Springs which usually takes 15 minutes. When I asked the driver about the color, he said, "Someone puked in the limo last night and we are cleaning it out." Then, when I spoke to Ash it was a completely different story, "We don't guarantee color." Funny, when they made the reservation, I was assured that we would get a WHITE limo. If that wasn't bad enough, the Air conditioner was broke. They, had the fan running, but it was sooo hot. Both the bride and my husband were sweating profusely. I explained this to him & he knew he was wrong so then he comes up w/ this story of driver been waiting on us since 9PM & we are 1 1/2hrs late.....LIES!!!! Originally the pick up was for 9:20 & we arrived @ 10:24PM So long story short....I was told one price but they charged more. I was told limo would be white, it was black.
