We booked it for going to and from the airport to Disney. The way there was great with Charlie. The AC wasn't working but that's ok as long as my kids had fun. They were hard to get concrete answers from very early on. The pickup from Disney to the airport was super disappointing though. She didn't help with bags. The limo was dirty with dirty champagne flutes and dust. The AC still didn't work. If I hadn't paid so much I wouldn't care but I did. read more

Backstage Limo Services - It is a sweet ride though. - Limos Near Me - Orlando, Florida

We booked a sprinter limo several months in advance for our daughter's Sweet 16, with a gentlemen named Ash, he was very helpful and polite to both my husband and I. The day of the event the limo driver was right on time and was very accommodating to all our needs! My daughter and her friends had a blast! I would highly recommend this limo company! read more

I was trying to book a limo from the airport to Universal for a surprise for my kids. The site says it's $125 an hour and the bid came back at $300. I emailed them back and never heard back. So I called 3 days later and the guy was very rude. Almost like "you are an idiot why would you think there is no minimum" when it didn't say it on the linked I booked. I understand they can have policies for their business, but the lack of response and rudeness made me look at other options. I would look at other options with businesses that at a minimum don't come off mean. read more

AND NOW HES SAYING THIS I HAD MY 90 YEAR OLD GRANDMA WITH MY AUNTS AND UBCLES I GUESS THIS IS HIS STRONG ARM WAY TO STEAL AND EXTORT He JUST TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO KILL ME, SHOT ME, BREAK MY LEGS AND DRAW BLOOD Maybe we just had a poor experience but the limo is definitely not 5 stars. The white cadillac escalade was filthy, rusted, no cold beverages, no music playing; nothing. Pretty lame duck $840 spent for a wedding. Oh, and the driver stated I needed to tip him because he didn't know if the employer would give him the tip. Sorry pal, I paid 20% tip to your boss. Take it up with him Now, the dispatch slash owner guy called and threatened me. Threatened me because I said his limo was rusted. Right hand back passenger door completely rusted. Dude is out of his mind read more

We hired Backstage Limousine for our daughter's wedding last weekend and if my card were not automatically charged, I would not have paid them the $900. It was less than a 5 minute ride to and from church to the venue. I emailed them and specifically asked if there were champagne glasses in the limo and was told yes. Our coordinator made sure that multiple bottles of champagne were placed in the limo but once we got in we noticed that there was not one glass to be found, champagne glass or otherwise. The limo was dirty and smelly inside and the floor was all wet. The groom, when getting into the vehicle, slipped on the wet floor and hurt his back. All of us women in heels were slipping as well because we were trying to hold up our gowns so they would not get wet and dirty. The bottom of my daughter's wedding gown got wet and dirty though. Why the inside floor of the limo was wet is beyond me. We tipped our driver (who barely spoke English) only because he came to the venue to return our daughter's purse which we did not even know was left in the limo. He told us thank you because apparently if you add tip to the bill, the company keeps it. I would not recommend this company to anyone! read more

I reserved a lip for clients arriving by private plane. i called and spoke to ASH who gave me a quote. When I called back to book he said "what did I quote you". I said 425.00 each way with all taxes and gratuity included. I went ahead and made a reservation and when I got the email confirmation the actual rate was 571.00each way. I called him and he denied what he quoted. I do not do business this way. He was very arrogant and basically called me a liar. I canceled the reservations. read more

We booked this limo for our friend's 50th birthday. Ash kindly helped me book since online was down. He communicated well, listened to my needs & concerns, and delivered what we discussed. The driver was timely, friendly and professional. He was willing to do whatever it takes to make our party happy. He helped up get in and out of car and stood my the car door to assist. He took a good route and drove well. The Black hummer limo was sleek with cool up lighting. You can link your phone to play music off the AUX, speakers. There was ice, water, cups and champagne flutes. Happy birthday girl and party! read more

We made a reservation the day before to be picked up from our hotel. We were supposed to be picked up at 10:55am and taken to the airport. Two adults and FOUR kids headed back home and needed to make our flight. At 11:05 they were not anywhere to be found we called to inquire about what was going on! We were told the limo was making a funny noise and the driver went back to get another car and would be there between 11:20 and 11:30. We then get a text that the driver would be there at 11:20 and "Sorry". We wait.....at 11:27 we get a text from "Manny" saying he would be there in 35min! My husband calls and now gets the story that the driver took the wrong car and had to turn around and get the right car that would hold all of us! We get messages from Ultimate Town Car. So Do Not use Backstage Limo or Ultimate Town Car. Can't even pick people up to make their flight! read more

I was looking to treat our family with a limo ride for a cruise. I just googled some limo services in Orlando and Backstage Limo is just one of many that popped up and the one I ended up choosing, pretty much at random. However, I choose wisely! They were priced appropriately, very easy to communicate with (including thru text, which is a lot easier than calling all the time). We had some hiccups in the process, however, they made everything right. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them again the next time I'm in the Orlando area. read more

Ash, the owner, would not honor a previously agreed upon contract price and vehicle promised - saying that it was not an acceptable price for an "April prom-time Saturday night" - but the date, cost, and vehicle had all been agreed upon in JANUARY. Only found out when called to confirm two days ahead - he wanted $400 more for the base price for 5 hours! CANCELED IMMEDIATELY. Shady!! DO NOT USE. read more

Worst limousine experience ever. The driver was in jeans, she didn't even know how to turn the volume up on the radio and got downright rude. After the concert it took almost 2 hours to get picked by up. All management would say is that can read more

Where good quality/services are really matter to run any business on the same way the polite behavior of owner and staff with clients/customers is also very useful to run a successful business. I am just saying this because the kind and polite behavior that the backstage company showed me i cannot express in my words. Where limo rental services impressed me on the other hand its behavior took my heart too. read more

I would never recommend Backstage Limo to anyone. Our first ride was fine we were picked up on time. I recommend them to a family member, and they left her stranded at the airport. They didn't call or text to say they were running late, they just didn't show up. When she called they had already charged her. They told her that her ride back to the airport would be free. She was nervous and didn't want to miss the flight so she didn't give them another chance. When we were heading back to the airport I called the day before travel to confirm and they said of course. The day we traveled I called 15 minutes before pick up time to make sure the limo was on the way. He said he would call me right back. When he called me back I was told the people in the limo before us kept in longer and they were currently at Walmart shopping. They did send a Suburban SUV to get us to the airport, but NEVER credited me for the lower price. I had to dispute with my credit card company. They are quick to charge, but not deliver. I called and spoke with Ash many times who would tell me when he gets to the office he would fix it. Don't believe him. There are plenty of other limo companies to use. read more

My wife and i went on a cruise in August and we stopped for a day at Port Canaveral. We wanted to see Universal Studios and we wanted to do it in style. Backstage limo came on time, the car looked brand new, super clean inside. The driver was supper friendly, no stains on his uniform and was very professional. After our excursion the driver was waiting for us right on time. Great limo company we would def use them again next time we are in Orlando. read more

Before leaving for our cruise, I spoke with Ash and coordinated our car service from Port Canaveral to Universal Studios and back. He arrived on time and the vehicle was clean. We could not have asked for better service. If we are back in the Orlando area, I would not hesitate to use this company again. Plus, it was a great alternative to taking the cruise ship sponsored bus to an excursion for not too much more money! read more

Prompt service and affordable. We used this as transportation to and from the airport and Disney hotel to avoid a marathon bus ride before and after a very long trip. Our driver Ed is one of the best in the business. He is a rare person who goes out of his way to please his clients and he took extremely good care of us. read more

I found a Groupon that said 6 hours for $289. I called to see if it would be available on the day we need it before I purchased, and he informed me that price was 'not possible.' It would be $560 because the Groupon does not apply to Saturday. That is NO WHERE on the Groupon! read more

I booked a last minute pick-up at Port Canaveral for my son and new daughter-in-law coming off a Disney Cruise Ship. It was very easy to do on their website. The response from Backstage Limousine was incredible. They got in contact with me right away so I knew I was dealing with a person! We made an error in the time and was able to get in touch and correct with no issues at the very last minute. The driver Ash could not have been any nicer or more accommodating towards our requests. I would not think twice about using them for any transportation needs while in Orlando and highly recommend others to call for their transportation needs. read more

I booked Backstage Limousine to take myself and six others to and from Port Canaveral in a limousine. Backstage was very communicative leading up to the trip, and was even flexible when we had to amend our leave time the week before. The price was very reasonable, the limousine was nice and clean, and the driver showed up early for both the arrival and departure. I would definitely recommend! read more

Backstage Limousine was a true disappointment!! We reserved a WHITE 10 passenger limo for our daughter's wedding. I called to confirm our reservation the day of the wedding with Ash. I was assured that all was good. A Black limo arrived. The driver took 45 minutes for a drive from Altamonte Springs to Winter Springs which usually takes 15 minutes. When I asked the driver about the color, he said, "Someone puked in the limo last night and we are cleaning it out." Then, when I spoke to Ash it was a completely different story, "We don't guarantee color." Funny, when they made the reservation, I was assured that we would get a WHITE limo. If that wasn't bad enough, the Air conditioner was broke. They, had the fan running, but it was sooo hot. Both the bride and my husband were sweating profusely. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. read more

I give this limo company only one star because of the driver Josh. He did his part. I booked this limo a couple days B4 our trip & gave the guy a pick up address & 9:20PM pick up time; also our hotel drop off location. All this was discussed B4 booking w/ a price of $125 plus 20% gratuity. So after we agreed on terms I gave c/c over phone. Well due to a couple accidents on interstate our mega bus was 1 hr late arriving. I let the limo company know about our late arrival @ 8PM & he said ok keep them posted. 20 mins B4 arriving he texted me & said the limo will cost $175 plus 20% b/c our hotel was in Kissimmee not Orlando which he knew @ the time of booking. I explained this to him & he knew he was wrong so then he comes up w/ this story of driver been waiting on us since 9PM & we are 1 1/2hrs late.....LIES!!!! Originally the pick up was for 9:20 & we arrived @ 10:24PM So long story short....I was told one price but they charged more. I was told limo would be white, it was black. Also was told there would be complimentary sodas but no soda only room temperature water. After a heated phone call to owner nothing was resolved. Oh & by the way he called me poor yes POOR; in our conversation. NEVER USING THIS CHEATING COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!! read more
