Our house was damaged by the tornado in October, and a tree fell across our gas line and damaged it. Schrade was recommended to me by a neighbor after I told her another company couldn't come out for a week. Schrade came out THE SAME DAY to assess the damage. They gave me the best estimate of all the plumbers I saw and were the nicest, most professional people. I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me or overcharge for the repairs. They got my gas line replaced, brought my appliance connections up to code, and replaced my water heater in two days. I have an older house, so all of these things were a little challenging as new appliances don't always fit into older homes. They did all this work for the best price, the quickest response, and with a fantastic attitude. I was treated like family and greatly appreciate the work that they did. Thank you!

These guys are lifesavers!…read more If you live in an older home, there is a good possibility you may have cast iron pipes and eventually they will need to be replaced. My house is 60 years old and for a few years I had been seeing these guys signs pop up throughout my neighborhood. I had hoped I would defy the odds and not need to replace mine, but such was not my luck. I visited with some of my neighbors and asked a lot of questions and by and large the happiest neighbors had their work done by In-House Plumbing. It's a big job, and not a cheap one, so you really want the right people doing it and hopefully at the right price. I got several estimates and asked a lot of questions before I did anything and eventually I chose these folks. They did a great job and also did an amazing job making it look like they had never been at my house. Their estimate was not the cheapest, but was also far from the most expensive. It was probably the most comprehensive, which gave me confidence in them. Turns out that confidence was well-placed and well deserved!
