I was quoted $250 on the phone when I made the appointment which included the pump and the labor. However, the bill came to $360 after it was installed. When I asked the guy why the $110 increase, he simply said, the girl at the shop gave him the wrong price. That was it. Matter of fact. No apologizes, no attempt to soften the blow. This is on top of him having to go back to his store to get his glasses so he could see well enough to put in the pump. I would think twice about going to the little guy. Maybe it's time they concede to the big box retailers.

Juan was incredible, excellent installation, very good attention to detail. I used Marquez many years ago on a rental home I had and experienced the same great service. The reason I called him is because I put his sticker on my home water heater and I'm glad I did.
