Very bad experience with their catering. I was never told this when I paid for their catering service and a contract was never offered. I did not learn about this 90 day refund policy they had until I had to cancel. In addition, I had paid the entire amount for the catering when I was only required to provide a 50% deposit. When I questioned the amount of the refund as what was being withheld should only be based on the deposit, I was told that paying in full was my decision, not their requirement so they would withhold money based on the total paid. My good faith payment was used against me. I canceled 60 days prior to my event so they had ample time to adjust as I am not in the habit of financing services for other customers or providing short term business loans.
