I'm a little taken aback by the reviews here.... I thought this place was phenomenal. It was recommended by a coworker that lived in town, and I thought the theme was super cute. We did take out and the spot was super clean, I would even say spotless, when we walked in. The worker was super helpful and acknowledged us as we were walking through the door. It was a little later in the night, so the dining area was dead, which I appreciated because of COVID. Our food was pretty quick being made, maybe half an hour since the time we submitted an order. It was SO HARD to choose a pizza because they all looked so freaking good! We ended up with the pineapple BBQ chicken which was bomb, and their all meat pizza which was great. Their thin crust is SO GOOD, and they had what seemed like homemade ranch which was amazing. We also got some jalapeño poppers, onion rings (the perfect crisp), and cheese balls (omg can I just eat these for dinner?!). Literally everything was so fresh and delicious, I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town for work. This is my new pizza spot in Clinton. read more

I love this place! The pizza is in the top two available in this town. Fresh ingredients, your choice of crust variants and professional assembly makes for a legendary pizza. The burgers are top of the line as well as the other available eats. The Chicken George is the best in the area. 3 large party rooms with numerous arcade games for those family gatherings. WARNING - This is not the original. They just re-opened recently. No more tap beer. No more full table service. I'll start with my drink. To get any drink you will have to make a separate order at the bar. I had a jim beam and sprite. The sprite tasted like a stale dirty tap and barely any beam. Then to get food you have to go to the other side of the place and order through the hole in the wall. The prices didn't reflect the lack of staff. The prices did reflect the lack of customers. You can tell they really do try to make good food and it is sad to say that it is just average in my opinion. That could be because I am an extreme foodie and have eaten at places around the world. Everyone's food was okay and no one really had a complaint, but it really could be better. I just can't see a place like this staying open unless they do a lot of carry out or delivery. A place like this should go strictly carry out and delivery , it's just not competitive in this day and age when so many really cool full service restaurants are coming out. The main reason for the one-star review is because it has been downgraded and is no longer anywhere near the same place that it used to be. If you're going to reopen a place you should really try to make it better than it used to be. Fairly clean and nice. Good selection of beers on tap pay by the oz. Self serve. Food was good especially the chicken george. I think the only thing that needs improvement is the service. Its hard to find good employees these days but checking back from time to time goes a ling way! Overall i would come back or recommend. read more

Sausage on pizza was raw in the middle. You might as well buy a game card and hang out in the arcades because the service is super slow.

This spot is a nice place to take kids. The pizza is good and the wings are ok. I enjoyed the chicken George. They have a large self serve tapper system that is great, yet I question how often the lines are cleared and kegs changed. The biggest issue I have with this place is that half of the games for the kids need repairs. The kids were disappointed when several of the games were not working. Everything was average. All of our food was the same kind of food you can get anywhere. There was nothing unique about any of it. Our order was not correct. My wife ordered the pb&j burger with a side salad. Got the burger with fries instead and a fried egg was added with the extra $1 charge. It's ok because that made the burger better. I had the pizza burger and it was boring. The place is interesting and I'm sure the beer bar is cool if you are into beer. I am also sure your kids would love it. Game room is cool. I probably would have gone to 4 stars if they had seasoned the meat on the burger. It was very bland as were the fries. I'm no salt addict, but you need to add something to flavor both of those. I never got a chance to actually try the food. I tried to order online for pick up. When you go to their website and click on the order online tab immediately takes you to an alternate site (Obviously they don't handle their online ordering). The online ordering site immediately asked me to register to use it. I don't want to register to place an online order. It gave me the option to just order the food and I thought that was the end of it. I started placing my order for food. When I completed my order I clicked to check out. Immediately took me back to the initial page and told me that I still had to register an account. First it asked for my name. That was fine. Then it started asking for personal (not credit card) information. They wanted my home address and permission to send me promotional snail mail (junk mail). I immediately backed out of the order completely. I just wanted to order a couple pizzas. I didn't want to go through all this crap. I don't feel like I need to give them my home address because I wasn't having the pizza delivered. And I didn't want them putting me on a mailing list to send me promotional mail and selling my information. I won't even consider trying this place again. read more

During covid, one would assume a higher level of effort for the customer who is still willing to come inside the restaurant.. That is not the case with this establishment. I came in to grab a quick bite to eat on a Wednesday and was met by an empty dining room during the dinner rush. My gut told me to turn around, but scheduling was against me and I was really hungry. This restaurant has a bizarre and Byzantine pour system for draft beers where the customer is given a card, pouring their own. I am not new to the task of beer pouring and my choice beer was nothing but foam. Tilting the 8 oz cup to rid the foam, I finally received about 6 oz of beer. The digital display indicated a $9 beer. When I talked to my server she was dismissive and said she would take something "off" the check. I then ordered the supercharged dorito nachos, which was amazingly confusing as I had to turn the menu page to pick my ingredients. After about 15 minutes they showed up, minus the nachos. When I presented it to the waitress, she immediately laughed and walked to the service door for the kitchen screaming into it, "Hey guys what did you forget on that last orders?" If there was more paying customers than myself, (other than a friend of the servers at the bar planning her wedding and looking for financing options for it) it would have been embarrassing. The server then took my plate and my nachos, returning two minutes later, with my salad completely inverted on a bed of Doritos, )I promise I am not kidding). I now know why there are no patrons in this bar. I hope they turn stuff around. It has a decent vibe and the owners have obviously poured money into the business. Yet with this staff, they are doomed to failure. Best of luck for a bite to eat but look elsewhere. read more

Nice that they have an arcade and a bar but it was freezing there and the food was horrible. I have tried both their sandwiches and their Pizza. The sandwich was edible, though I would not want it again. The pizza was terrible. Had to throw it out and get another meal after we left. read more

This is a great new place in Clinton, Iowa next to Home Depot. There is a great verity of food from pizza, pasta, and sandwiches. The staff is kind and tends to your needs. I would recommend this for a try. read more

Not going to stay open long if they cannot get service figured out. They were under staffed for lunch. People were waiting confused for seating, which was just the beginning. We had to wait forever to get anything: drinks, food, appetizers, ketchup. The server wasn't pleasant and actually rolled her eyes when we asked for ketchup and the rest of our appetizers. Never was offered refills or checked on after the food arrived. Food was good once it arrived (appetizers at the same time as part of the order then pizza 15 minutes later). read more
