Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Last week (Tuesday 2/27/24) around 6:30 pm. I ordered a chicken enchilada meal as well as a grilled cheese burrito -- which I asked for "the one with fritos" and this is thr recommendation. They handed me the bag at the window... then asked for it back, threw something in it, and handed it back to me. Really weird... I get home and wasn't surprised to see they completely butchered my order. It's like they played scrabble to throw whatever they had into the bag. I went there for the chicken enchilada and what wasn't in the bag? The chicken enchilada. In an attempt to drown my sadness I went for the grilled cheese burrito and I instantly knew something was wrong. I've eaten this before and no problem. I was having an ALLERGIC REACTION BECAUSE SOMEONE USED THE JALAPEÑO CHIPOTLE SAUCE ON IT. It's supposed to come with REGULAR Chipotle sauce. I know immediately when jalapeños are snuck into my food, dip, sauce, etc. By this point I'm livid because now I can't eat any of my food and everything is swelling up and getting puffy. I bit through my tongue because I couldn't feel it. I talked to Wyatt and he promised he'd leave coupons for me to just say my name, and they'd remake my order. He was super apologetic and said sometimes new people mess up. I went back today, Tuesday 3/5/24, a week later, and the young girl with brown hair and fake nails was just rude and had an attitude. The chicken enchilada tasted absolutely rancid. Seriously? The smell was terrible too. So I'm not surprised at the food poisoning results. I'm so done. Save yourself time, money, brain cells, and frustration by going anywhere else. I get that this is fast food and "what do you expect?" ....not to be served rancid chicken or something causing an allergic reaction. read more

Today my brother nephew and I got some Taco Bell,first thing first the floor was almost greasy and I watched a gentleman almost fall when he walked in. I ordered through drive thru last night. the cinnamon twists and Mexican pizza were both rancid smelling and tasted rancid. The thick foul taste of rotten oil is very hard to get out of your mouth! I was able to eat the tacos since they have already made shells that did not require being dipped in an oil vat! I called and the manager( a man) said to come by today to pick up fresh order. when I arrived the manager (a lady) and I'm stating that sparingly as she was horrible with no since of professionalism was rude and stated the oil is changed every 2 days. which is impossible as the oil last night was rancid! very unprofessional and rude staff. avoid this place unless you wanna get sick. I seriously want to take last nights order out of my trash and deliver it to her countertop and ask her to eat it! what is wrong with people these days! read more

The night team is full of clowns who serve cold and unsafe food. Especially the raggedy kid with the long brown hair on the night shift. I worked at this specific location for 4 years and the 3rd shift cooks are a disgrace to the border foods industries. Every time I've come here they've messed up the order. Last time I ordered a supreme burrito, a chimmichunga and fire sauce. On the way home I looked in the bag. The food was all together in the bottom of the bag with the wrappers lying on top of it. Of course the bag was leaking. I called the manager when I got home and she promised to send some vouchers. Every time I have been there, I've waited over 15-20 minutes in drive-thru.. shouldn't that normally be faster than dining in? I though this was "fast-food".. Also, this location NEVER gets my order 100% correct.. Even when they ask me if it's correct, something else winds up in my bag or something is missing.. Come on, Taco Bell.. Train your employees. Just yesterday I ordered one of their "Mexican Pizzas" and I swear the tortillas tasted like they had been left out for weeks on a counter somewhere in the back until my order came up. I'm in town visiting family from Las Vegas. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. We ordered our food through the drive thru, the guy at the window was rude!! Was very short with us. Then when we tasted our Mt. Dews they were disgusting, the syrup needed to be changed. When he came back to the window with our food we told him they didn't taste right & handed them back through the window, he set them in front of the drink drawer with the straws still in them. Then he emptied the (drank out of cups) into the drink drawer drain and waited a couple minutes then refilled the empty USED cups!! He then put new lids on them and then handed them back out the window not knowing whose cup was whose. GROSS!! No apology what so ever! A health code violation at that! Mind you I work for the Nevada Health Department & will certainly be contacting the Iowa health department to investigate!! I will also be contacting Taco Bell corporate offices. This is absolutely disgusting to US! This place obviously does not give proper training!! read more
