One of the receptionists told me she had severe sciatica and that Dr. Scott had treated her very successfully so that was the reason, along with the 5-star ratings, that I went in. Dr. Scott took X-rays of my back, and a nurse measured the muscle tightness along my back which they forwarded to my email. I went in with severe sciatica being barely able to walk and in so much pain that I couldn't function. After the X-rays and muscle tightness exam he used some sort of a electro-mechanical hammer on my back which did nothing. I was released and told to put ice on my back. That's it: no adjustment, no instructions, no exercises. Nothing. I went home, put ice on my back as instructed and was in agony all night. I immediately went looking for another chiropractor. I found one and went the next day. They treated me and I immediately felt much better. As far as I can see Dr Scott did nothing to ease my pain. I picked the wrong chiropractor. After one visit to the second chiropractor, I am almost free of pain

I started going to Dr. Hankel for 6 sessions before leaving for Army Basic Training. I came in with a knee injury from hiking, injured hips, and allergies. Dr. Hankel is so magical and so impressive that she literally fixed ALL of my issues. Just wait until you read this truly incredible list of ailments she alone cured for me with her chiropractic care: 1. I've been on allergy medication since I was a year old - and for the first time in 30 years I was able to stop taking allergy medication on a daily basis! 2. She fixed my digestive track! I had celiac that was triggered after getting sick overseas in Argentina, and I hadn't eaten gluten in nearly 3 years until getting cured by her. I actually didn't even know she fixed me until I had to eat gluten while at Basic Training; and suffered no issues at all from doing it. I also attribute her chiropractic care to what made the training so easy while not being on any supplements. 3. She aligned my hips and fixed my knees to also help me successfully complete basic training. 4. Finally me overall mental health well being has significantly improved after going to her - and I consider this a necessary form of self care at this point. I am so appreciative of Dr. Hankles work. I refer everyone to her. Her chiropractic abilities have truly physically and mentally impacted me for the better. I highly recommend her services to everyone.

He barely examined me, spent about one minute on each adjustment, and provided no explanation, recommendations, or treatment plan. When the office learned that my condition had worsened, I received a message saying they would no longer treat me. I felt abandoned while still in significant pain. In my opinion, this office prioritizes quick insurance billing over proper patient care. I would not recommend Dr. Barnick or this practice.
