Hall Construction did the remodel on a rental home I moved into. The work is beautifully done. The…read moremanagement company hired someone else to install flooring, and that contractor did a terrible job. Hall Construction came back to fix that job, also, and not only was the work extremely well done, Garrett went out of his way to work with me and accommodate my move-in schedule. He and his crew were professional, friendly, easy to work with, and not only fixed the previous job but took extra care with the installation to make sure there would be no further issues. I will definitely be using Hall Construction when I buy a place next spring, and recommending them to anyone else who needs a contractor!

Issues include: messing up the counters during cutting three times and telling us to pick a new countertop or get a refund. Poor install job. Poor cutout for the sink install. Dust and material left at the job site. Very poor caulking job. One big issue I had was the backsplash. At first we said we wanted one but changed our minds and told them. We even emailed them and told them we didn't want one. When they measured for the countertops, they told me the contractor said we wanted the backsplash. NOT true at all! The contractor is my brother and he said the only thing he said to them was "hi". Seems as if they are trying to sell you more but do less work. Fingers are crossed nothing happens to the counters, because I would hate to deal with Granite Works again.
