I had a fantastic experience at Bacio Bacio Bridal. I came in with my mom in December after months of dress shopping. A lot of other experiences, I felt pressured to like something. Deborah was so great to work with - no pressure and lots of support of understanding what its like to shop for a wedding dress. Out of any store, I felt that had the most variety - all of which felt and looked very high quality. I think I tried on like 12-15 dresses and liked a lot of them! I ended up picking out a dress and having some second thoughts on the color. I worked with Olga, their in-house seamstress, who ended up ordering fabric from the dress company and ultimately changing the bodice color underneath the lace. Not only did the dress come out better than I imagined, she was also incredibly easy to work with and understanding. They were very clear about appointments, expectations, and pricing (which was very fair not to mention). I'm getting married in September and will load photos after! What a beautiful store and experience. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. The ladies went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Deborah our saleswoman was absolutely wonderful. She was funny, inclusive and very helpful with tips and accesories. This was something special and she made it truly special and I appreciated it. They had a huge variety of gowns. All different types for all different styles. They even had jumpsuits! What's great about this place also is they have a range of pricing. You can go very high to very reasonable. They're willing to work with you and your special day. All types of modifications can be made. They also had beautiful accessories and veils that could be modified and made to your liking. They also offer on sight glam squads for the special day. I was happy with the purchase. What I couldn't get over is that they made it special, stress free and magical. I won't forget my experience and will definitely recommend this place for all future brides. read more

I could not have had a better experience at Bacio Bacio. My consultant, Gina (or should I say my new bff), was absolutely incredible. The instant we walked through the doors, she was engaged with us. She walked us through the process and we started picking out dresses. I was SO anxious and unsure, but once we started trying some on, Gina was so supportive. She asked all the right questions, she made connections with our whole group, she was insightful, she listened to all of my comments and concerns, and was just overall amazing. By the third dress, I felt like she was another friend I'd known forever helping me with dresses. When I found the dress of my dreams, Gina called it immediately. She knew just from my body language I'd found it. We originally left for another appointment elsewhere to keep options open, but I came RUNNING back. This appointment was everything I had ever wanted and I can confidently say it was because of Gina. You can tell she loves her job and she exudes joy. Bacio Bacio as a whole is such a wonderful boutique. They had an incredible selection, the set up is so inviting, they have the cutest bathroom, and obviously the best staff. I am in need of a veil and a reception dress. I stopped by Bacio to see what they had. The dresses in the window were stunning. The staff was friendly and accommodating even when they knew that I wasn't going to be spending a fortune there. They had a large selection of veils, all were custom order though and take some time to get in. They did have a nice selection of right off the rack dresses that were decently priced, just none that fit my needs. Overall, it is a nice little store, staff was friendly and helpful. read more

I rarely ever complain especially being how I work in the industry myself but I'm very unhappy with my experience at this Bridal Store. From the moment I received a phone call to confirm my appointment I was told that they were moving the appointment up by an hour, and when I asked why, because I had told my Bridal Party the original time, the lady on the phone said it was so they could "skidaddle out of here, since we close at 5". She then followed up with "we also have another bride that will be here as well and she had her appointment booked way before yours". You spend a minimum of $1500 on a dress and you get treated like this before even going. So I wanted to cancel my appointment but didn't since I already told my bridal party and we all reside an hour away from this store. I tried not to let that phone call detour me so I went to my appointment on a positive note and just when I thought it couldn't get worse, They rushed us the entire time and got attitudes when anyone from my bridal party brought me a dress, You can just feel the hostility in the room and we began to feel uncomfortable and decided it was time for us to go since "they had to skidaddle" anyways. The dress I liked the most happen to be the most expensive dress in store and I was also going to purchase another dress which would have been 2 sales but since having this experience I will be bringing my business else where, where we will be treated the way we deserve especially since we will be spending a pretty penny. This place was wonderful. My friend flew in from Boston and I called to ask for an appointment the next day. They were able to fit us in. We had checked out another bridal salon in Boynton that was no where near the experience we had here. My friend was asked questions about her wedding, venue and style. The stylist immediately picked out some dresses she might like. My friend ended up purchasing the first gown she put on! I did not purchase anything at this boutique, however I would like to say that their customer service is terrible. I walked into the store and there were maybe 3 people. 1 was the employee. She gave me a "once over" and turned around. She then realized I was standing there and looked at me and said " do you need help?" I said "yes i am looking for .... " she pointed with her hand and said "they are over there by the wall" I am sorry but with customer service like that you are not going to get new business. You are supposed to provide your customers with a good shopping experience. A piece of advice, if you are understaffed, it is best to excuse yourself from the customer you are working with to show where the items were or simply say give me a few minutes and I will assist you. I'm from California and my mother and mother-in-law are from the Midwest so I wanted to try on dresses with them while we were on vacation since they couldn't be there any other day. I then found Bacio Bacio on Yelp, and since nobody had rated it yet I was really hesitant on going there with limited pictures. None-the-less it looked very promising with the website and so I went. I will be totally honest when I say that we weren't even going to buy a dress from here since I had to fly back to California. We were going to pick one out and then I was going to go to California where I would find the same dress again and then purchase it. This WAS the plan until I saw the extremely helpful and caring staff and this BEAUTIFUL dress I didn't know existed! Needless to say I couldn't wait and bought it on the spot. A group of six went shopping for a wedding dress for my sisters future wedding. She made an appt at noon here at Bacio. We arrived to a warm welcoming reception by Deborah. We freely were able to look around for dresses we all wanted her to try. Then Deborah chose a bunch of dresses based on the brides requests. There were many beautiful gowns and a few definite really awesome. Deborah was a fantastic salesperson and made us all feel included in each dress selection. We had another stop later in the day which was completely opposite of this great first experience. Lynese, Kim and the entire team are amazing! We had been dress shopping all day for my daughters wedding gown and Bacio Bacio was our last stop for the day. We could not have been any more pleased with the experience from the minute we walked in the door. They took us in more than an hour earlier than our scheduled appointment time, welcomed us warmly and listened to my daughter and what she was looking for. If she had asked to try on every dress in the store I have no doubts they would have accommodated that request. When we were down to the final 3 choices she tried them on 2 or 3 more times to be sure she was definite. Everyone was so kind, patient and accomodating. We were treated as family not a number. Absolutely love this shop! I came here with my friend last year for her gown search and came back as the bride myself. The shop feels like a bridal shop should and the service I had was fantastic. I worked with Deborah who was very knowledgeable and engaged in the whole appointment. Despite the smaller size of the storefront, they have quite a nice selection to choose from. Unfortunately I ended up on a shopping trip in Orlando and found "the" dress, so won't be purchasing from Bacio Bacio. I don't think they really deserve even one star. The person who fitted me had no clue what they were doing and don't know the line I picked a dress from. They ordered a size too small and the dress was completely beaded. The alteration would have ruined the dress but they continued to say it would be fine and did not stand by their mistake. The lady who helped me no longer worked there when I went to pick the dress up. The owner is snotty and full of herself with horrible customer service skills. I sold the dress because I wanted nothing else to do with their lack of knowledge or professionalism. Thankfully I had a wonderful experience at another bridal shop. read more

I purchased everything for my wedding here...my gown, my bridesmaid gowns, my mother's dress, the groom's tux and tuxes for the groomsmen. I even purchased my shoes, veil, and all the accessories here. Lenyce is a great owner, she has a knack for knowing what works and what doesn't (bought the second dress I tried on, the one she'd recommended from the start)! Alterations were timely and well done, the staff was never pushy or rude. I can't express how easy Bacio Bacio made this process, a process that for many brides is stressful and anxious. This review isn't for the bridal store itself but for the alterations department. I had bought my wedding gown in Boca Raton and live in west palm so I didn't want to be making more unnecessary driving back and forth. I had been referred to this bridal store and was really excited to get the neck line altered from straight across to a deeper sweetheart version and it was suggested I put cups in as well. I felt comfortable with the first fitting and was excited to pick up my gown 2 weeks later. For my second fitting something was just off with the fit of the top and the neckline wasn't anywhere as deep as I wanted. I expressed I wasn't happy with the outcome and wanted the cut to be deeper and the woman and her assistant helping me said it couldn't be done because it would cause a "spilling out effect" needless to say I left in tears. The next day I drove back to Boca Raton Bridal Couture to get a second opinion from the store I had bought my dress. Not only did she completely fix the neck line to exactly what I wanted she removed the cups that were making my dress an odd fit on top since they were too large and sewed in the wrong way. Save yourself hundreds of dollars and go somewhere with someone more experienced or willing to fix a mistake. read more

I've gone to a few bridal salons for wedding dress appointments, but never had an experience like this one. I recently moved to the state (relocated for my fiance's job) and don't know many people, so I went to the appointment alone. The consultant was SHOCKED that I was alone, she repeated it a few times and said she has never had a bride come alone. For someone that would obviously love to live near family and friends and be able to go wedding dress shopping with them, it was more than a little upsetting that the consultant couldn't quite get over that I was alone and actually made me repeat it again. Throughout the appointment she made several other comments that I took as condescending and passive aggressive. There weren't many options there for what I was looking for, so thankfully the appointment only lasted about 20 minutes. The way she spoke to me really ruined my morning.
