It comes with a Columbian sauce on the side as well. The food was delicious. My 2 year old loved the yucca fries!!! The Columbian sauce had a mild spice to it, but it was also refreshing to eat. I didn't catch the server's name, but he was really friendly and helpful. I noted there was shrimp on the menu, which was a bit concerning given my allergy and already starting with nausea, so the server did his best to minimize cross contamination even though I said it was ok (since it would be impossible since everything is fried in the same oil). Since I was willing to take the chance on the allergy, I didn't expect the server to still be that careful with the food since I did mention the allergy wasn't too severe (and wouldn't matter if he avoided more contamination because of the oil). All in all, super friendly guy who did his best to make sure I enjoyed my food, so it was super appreciated.
