I didn't catch the server's name, but he was really friendly and helpful. I noted there was shrimp on the menu, which was a bit concerning given my allergy and already starting with nausea, so the server did his best to minimize cross contamination even though I said it was ok (since it would be impossible since everything is fried in the same oil). Since I was willing to take the chance on the allergy, I didn't expect the server to still be that careful with the food since I did mention the allergy wasn't too severe (and wouldn't matter if he avoided more contamination because of the oil).
