Amazing place!! They were able to fit me in last minute at the end of the day. I believe Gabrielle did my tattoo. I was nervous, as it was my first tattoo that wouldn't always be covered with clothes (I have a rib piece and foot/ankle piece). She was great at soothing me and did some incredible thin line work. On March 2nd, 2021, I got two forward helixes here. They were all fine, until about a day after I could tell they didn't put a long enough bar in the top one. By March 5th my ear had completely engulfed the jewelry. I had to get it literally dug out of my ear by the piercer, who offered no reimbursement for the painful mistake. Now fast forward to now (July 7th). There has been a huge irritation bump ever since I got it dug out, and today it ruptured, causing my ear to bleed and be in pain. I ended up finally removing the jewelry because of the pain I was in. 60 bucks down the drain. read more

I recently got a piercing done by Knee and it was great he was very professional and super nice considering I was very nervous. He was really friendly and so was the front desk staff. I came in literally 40 mins before they closed as a walk in and they took me in no problem. They all were following covid restrictions and had masks on which made me feel safe. And the price for my piercings was amazing compared to other places I had called! Overall a 10/10 experience, I haven't had any problems with my piercings and they have been healing very nicely! I've been going here for about two years. I have a total of 11 tattoos, two done by another artist (switched because they turned out to have a stuck up, elitist attitude). The rest (nine) of my tattoos were done at Babydoll's by Gabby. I can't say enough good about this shop. Gabrielle is everything a good tattoo artist should be. All my tattoos were custom designs, based off my ideas. I can be confusing, OCD, and indecisive. Never once, has this ever affected her professional demeanor, kindness, or patience with me. Genuinely a good person, genuinely cares, has incredible talent and is versatile. Also, produces stunning work fast! Which is good, since yes, tattoos hurt. I have darker skin, she's knowledge- produces vibrant colorful tattoos, not over working the skin, or making the tattoo too busy or unclear. I have brought my husband several times, and she has done two beautiful matching tattoos on us. Even though I've moved out of Michigan, I still make the trip to Babydoll's. It's worth it. I got the migraine ear piercing a year ago at liquid chaos by knee. I looked up a place. Lose to me that could replace my ear ring cuz it hadn't healed it would get irritated, come to find out that my ear didn't like stainless steel ( of course my body hates me) so the guy who pierced me at first worked there, I was estatic! He told me I had to change it to titanium since my ear was giving me problems after a year he showed me different styles . I wanted bling bling he said no I had to start off slow to give my ear a chance to adjust to the new metal and size. He custom made me a purple hoop...I have not had any other problems it's been 7 days at the time of this posting. I've been able to lay on it without any issues, when it itches it hasn't bumped up like the other ring...I LOVE KNEE. I will be getting my other tattoos there as well. I went to this place as a last resort because getting my tattoo done anywhere else was a hassle. The woman who helped us stayed after hours to help me and was very very down to earth. However, I had gone to the bathroom before I got the tattoo and the bathroom was kind of nasty. I know this isn't the place that customers see most, and is not where you get tattooed at, I just felt like they hadn't put much effort into cleaning it. You could tell this bathroom had been dirty for a long time, not just recently since there was a film over things. I was then directed to a room that a guy led me to (he didn't seem to speak English very well, or at least understand my accent). The room was also not super clean. The walls you could tell had had things stuck on them and ripped off, and the floors were very unclean. The equipment, however, looked okay. This was my first time getting a tattoo so I wasn't really sure what to expect, but overall I could say that it was obvious they didn't care much about keep the place Uber clean to make customers feel a little more comfortable. The actual guy himself had a very hard time understanding what I wanted. I wanted a simple heart outline. He wanted to place the heart upside down, and when I told him to flip it around he didn't quite grasp what I was saying so I had to take it from him a turn it the way I wanted. I showed him the picture and how it looked and he kept telling me it looked the same and didn't really understand that I didn't wanted the heart side ways, I wanted it up and down and tilted to the right a little. I attached the first photo, which is the one I wanted and the others are the actual tattoo. I asked him to redo the purple outline because If you can tell in the first photo the woman has her arm sideways a bit. I turned the photo to show him it wasn't that far tilted and he kept saying "it same". It honestly looks great and I haven't had any issues with it but it was very hard to communicate with the artist because he couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand his accent. Overall I would say it was an okay place. My tattoo ended up great. The lady in the front is super nice and helpful too. The place just wasn't super super spotless if that's what you're looking for. read more

Rudest shop EVER! Client service is non-existent. After I waited to be greeted, I soon figured that would not happen even after I heard the laughter from the back and said hello numerous times. I then called the shop and when it was answered the lady, I use that term loosely, working seemed annoyed that it was me calling and stormed back to the back still without greeting me. This is the worse piercing shop ever. I went to get my nipples pierced and Dan pierced it with the wrong jewelry. So I went back up there approximately 2 weeks later & told him about his mistake after I did my research and he said he couldn't do anything about it. And that it was not his problem. They were very rude and they did not care that they had messed my nipples up with the wrong jewelry. All they said was no refunds. Went in & was promptly greeted & helped...got a nose piercing the room & the shop were very clean. The young woman that did the piercing advised me not to pierce to close to my old one.
