I went in yesterday to get my bellybutton pierced by Kayla and I went two years ago to get my nose pierced and she was very friendly and nice but this time she seemed very upset and she was rude to me and my boyfriend who I brought with me. When she came out to even look at my bellybutton I said if I didn't have the right anatomy to pierce it I would get something else so she wouldn't feel like she had too, then when I showed her she got annoyed and said I couldn't get the one I wanted and I could only get the floating navel which is fine but then she got snappy when my boyfriend tried to hold my hand for a second because he thought she was piercing me and then when she went to pierce me she didn't even tell me when she was piercing me she just stuck the needle in. I knew when she did it that it felt a little tight but I just thought it was because she had just done it but after a couple hours i realized how much it was pinching my skin together and how much it hurt, I couldn't walk, bend over, or do anything bc of how tiny the piercing was. Not to mention she didn't use a clamp so she pierced way too much skin. I went to two different tattoo shops to try and get it changed out and every time I said I went to liquid chaos and every time I said that they said " oh you went to Kayla" the one shop told me that they had many customers come in unhappy because of how Kayla pierced them. I got my ears pierced there and the person was nice and fast. It can take a while just to get it but totally worth it.

I have heard of the deith piercing for migraines for a while but was reluctant to get one due to the mixed reviews. But I had 2 migraines​ in an 10 day period and one was brewing again for about a week. I'm allergic to caffeine so you can just imagine the pain I was in. I decided on a whim to get the piercing, I went to 2 shops prior to this one, I was actually sent here by the parent company in Dearborn. I picked the shape of earring, I picked the color accents and I jumped when he pierced me (lol) not intended of course, it did hurt but not as much as my nose ring(sheesh). Nonetheless, the pain was extremely brief and my migraine was GONE, LITERALLY FROM A 10 TO A 2 IN LESS THAN 30 SECONDS! I cried when I realized I was pain free, for years I went through this agonizing pain for years and it was a simple damn piercing that took my pain away. I will definitely go back and get the other side done and get my tattoos retouched. (Done by someone else) read more

I had planned on getting my tattoo at another shop, but it was closed for a few days and I just couldn't wait. We drove past this place, it looked clean, so I thought I would give it a shot. First of all, it is clean...ridiculously clean for a tattoo shop. I was there for my first tattoo, so I was a little nervous. The girl at the counter was awesome; she gave me time to figure out what I wanted, gave me a fair price, and was legit - she even turned away a mom who brought her 12 year old in to get her belly button pierced (....). Russ did my tattoo and he was awesome. He took his time, but finished the entire thing in ten minutes. He knew I was nervous, knew it was my first, and was up front with me about how bad it was going to hurt. He talked to me the entire time and was patient. The actual work was awesome too - it still looks brand new three years later and I get nothing but compliments on it. If I ever get another, I will definitely come back! read more

Extremely rude. I walked in today wanting to get a tattoo done, I was just doing a walk in and expected to wait which is no problem at all. I walked in and everyone just ignored me, one even looked up and smiled then back at his phone. Once i finally got asked what I need and I told him. He said " I have no time for that today" and not another word. Not a thank you for coming in or come back so and so day. Nothing. I had a cover up done by the owner Bull and it is amazing! You would never know that I had a previous tattoo. He was quick but very thorough and he's a perfectionist so the work was amazing! He's hilarious so that made the process more tolerable and he's not super heavy handed so I was able to tolerate the pain a lot better than with my first tattoo. He's very knowledgeable and has over 20 years experience and it shows in his work. I honestly can say he does some of the best tattoo work that I've ever seen. I'm very picky so I did a quality check before getting my tattoo and I must say, Bull is legit! Worth every penny and then some! I'm so looking forward to getting my next tattoo. I researched several places before I got my tattoo. Liquid Chaos was clean and looked great. Their work and artists looked qualified. However, if you get a tattoo there, don't let Amanda do it. My tattoo is very simple, so it is easy to notice mistakes. I have two numbers on my wrist tattoo which were supposed to be even with each other. They are not even and one of the lines on the bottom of a number is not complete. Instead of accepting responsibility, Amanda made excuses for herself, saying that I must have shifted my arm between her doing the first number and the second number. She blamed me and the location on my wrist. As a "professional", shouldn't she have noticed this and/or warned me about this possibility before doing it???? Perhaps she could have double checked the placement before starting on the second number??? When I went back in to show her, Amanda said there was nothing she could do about the uneven numbers. Her advice was to hold my arm a certain way when I showed people so the numbers would look even. She was serious! She would, however, fix the incomplete number but she would charge me for it!! I have never heard of a tattoo artist CHARGING someone to fix their mistake. I asked tons of people who have tattoos, and no one else has heard of this either. Amanda's second option was for me to get another tattoo from her so she could fix the incomplete line when she had her equipment out. Really?? As if I would get another one from her. You'd think she would have used the tip I gave her instead of saying she would charge me. Looking back, I regret leaving a tip at all. Again, the tattoo is so simple that it is easy to notice mistakes. The owner offered to fix the incomplete number after he defended his employee rather than the customer, but by that time, I had no intention of going back into their business. If you go there, choose a different artist than Amanda. Nobody I know will go there anymore. read more

For my first tattoo (which was done by Russ), I was made comfortable, reassured, and my nervousness was given the consideration it needed. Not only was my tattoo exactly what I described to Russ, but he talked me through the entire ten minute process (which was extremely fast!) and made sure I was comfortable and was okay through the entire thing. I'm a huge baby when it comes to needles and he made me feel like it was no big deal! He was so fast that it hardly hurt as bad as I thought it would and he told me what part he was working on and what he was doing every time the needle stopped. If I ever get another one, I won't hesitate to go back! As for pricing, it obviously depends on what you're getting, but I got four words on my foot that take up the entire side of my foot and paid $60...worth every penny! read more
